need to let the water Heat up again in the Tank for more hot water if multiple people are taking showers around the same time.
During or right after a NorthEast Tropical Storm or Severe weather the power can go out.

The stream water going across the driveway is safe for your dog to drink. My dogs drink it all the time. It is filled with crawfish, frogs, minnows and salamanders.
