This property is in Orchard Park. It is two acres, surrounded by trees and a fence on three sides, which provides good privacy.
There is a large level area with 30a or 20a electrical available for small campers or very small trailers. Also a hose is available to fill water. This is site one.
Alternatively, I have two great tent spaces (sites two and three) at the back of the property with more private areas to set up tents.
There is a (shared) campfire stone pit at the back of the property. Split firewood is available for $5.00 per armload. Campers can take this from the firewood pile.
Chestnut Ridge park is a 7 minute drive. It has great trails, including the Eternal Flame Hike, and a large fishing pond. Green lake is also nearby with fishing and a good place for paddle boarding or kayaking.
The property is .5 mi from Bills Stadium. Lake Erie and its beaches are a 15 minute drive. Frank Lloyd Wrights gray cliff property is 25 minutes away.Niagara Falls is 35 min. Downtown Buffalo is 18 min. There are walkable restaurants nearby (about .5 to 1 mi).

We only heard ONE vehicle drive by while we were there. We camped in our van with our own off grid supplies so the lack of electricity or water wasn't a problem. The firewood shed is stocked (we didn't use) and there were several tiki torches provided which I thought was a nice touch but we arrived in a light rain and they were low on fluid. Site was huge and mostly level. Picnic table, chairs and nice stone fire ring are clean and ready to go. The Porta potty was a short walk down the road between the two sites and also very clean and well maintained. Thankfully people seem to be responsible here because I saw no litter, just natural beauty everywhere. I would love to stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at Brian's place. The land is located near anything you might want to do in that area (close to I-90, the scenic route along Lake Erie, Sunset Bay and other beaches, etc.) but is also quiet and very private. Brian is generous with recommendations about the area and he's making cool new additions, such as bathrooms and a nice stage for events.

It was really convenient to the roads, I didn’t find the highway sounds to be a nuisance, but I grew up next to a highway. It’s in a flat area so no truck engine braking- really just sounds of cars in the distance. Bathhouse was super convenient, creek was fun to explore, and sites were beautiful and well maintained. Host was really responsive and helpful.

This was exactly what we needed to disconnect from everything and reconnect with each other. The site was private and peaceful, we woke up to birds singing every morning. The directions were super easy to follow, and we especially appreciated having enough privacy and space for our reactive dogs to safely walk around and enjoy the outdoors with us.

This is by far my favorite place to camp. We are a group of long-time friends who started camping together during the COVID era. We have gone to several different NYS parks, which are all very nice, but none could hold a candle to Streamside Eriegrove. It's a beautiful site with a lot of nice features (dogs can go off leash, the little bunker to store all our gear, the waterfall...), but its also private and spacious. Keith is super responsive and helpful. Part of me wants to keep all this a secret, but the other part says I should let people know. If you are campers, you are going to love this place.
