This property is in Orchard Park. It is two acres, surrounded by trees and a fence on three sides, which provides good privacy.
There is a large level area with 30a or 20a electrical available for small campers or very small trailers. Also a hose is available to fill water. This is site one.
Alternatively, I have two great tent spaces (sites two and three) at the back of the property with more private areas to set up tents.
There is a (shared) campfire stone pit at the back of the property. Split firewood is available for $5.00 per armload. Campers can take this from the firewood pile.
Chestnut Ridge park is a 7 minute drive. It has great trails, including the Eternal Flame Hike, and a large fishing pond. Green lake is also nearby with fishing and a good place for paddle boarding or kayaking.
The property is .5 mi from Bills Stadium. Lake Erie and its beaches are a 15 minute drive. Frank Lloyd Wrights gray cliff property is 25 minutes away.Niagara Falls is 35 min. Downtown Buffalo is 18 min. There are walkable restaurants nearby (about .5 to 1 mi).
An indoor restroom is available at specific hours (typically 4pm-8:30 am) or if arranged in advance outside those hours. No shower is available.

My boyfriend and I had an amazing time at Stergelandia. We stayed in the Gumdrop cabin which was decorated beautifully and peacefully with colorful tapestries and pillows. Despite it being chilly out we were able to sleep comfortably with extra blankets and some hand warmers. It rained one morning and watching/hearing it fall on the plexiglass wall was amazingly beautiful. We enjoyed the observation deck and took a short hike. We made a cozy fire and used the cooking gear provided to make a nice dinner. We cannot wait for our film to be developed as every part of this trip was stunning. We will definitely be back, Jennifer was a great host and has made a beautiful nature oasis on her land.

Great spot for a quiet stay near Letchworth. Clean, well-maintained, and convenient. Sites 1 & 2 are nice clearings at the edge of woods and farmland, with convenient access to the public dirt road. Outhouse is clean and stocked.

Such a beautiful spot!! We went in early Fall and the campsite was surrounded by blooming golden rod. Waking up to the sunrise over the field was gorgeous. We got in after dark, but it was still pretty easy to find. The picnic table and lantern lit path to the outhouse were a luxury. Perfect place to stay before going to Letchworth state park, I only wish we had gotten in sooner to enjoy the scenery for longer!

Took a very last-minute trip to Letchworth and stayed two nights. It was perfection-the view, the location, off-grid but a clean compostable toilet, lots of kindling (and firewood to purchase nearby) for a campfire…absolutely would stay here again.

David is deeply sincere and real. As real as you can get. He is open-minded, curious, and has a warm heart. He truly cares about your needs. Orchard Park is a lovely little town, and when asked about local restaurants and other places to venture, he informed us of great places. This made our stay even richer and more memorable. We are also Bills fans and he shared some local lore which helped us learn more about the history of the area.
We have 3 small chihuahuas and they loved to play ball in his spacious backyard. This is definitely a pet-friendly place to be. All in all, David could not have been a better host.

We enjoyed a couple beautiful nights camping under the stars. Their land is perfect if you are looking for a remote, private and quiet spot to enjoy the outdoors. Close to Letchworth State Park and many other amazing hidden gems. There is a nicely kept outhouse but no showers or potable water so make sure you bring body wipes and your own water. There are tons of houses in the area that provide firewood so you can enjoy a smore or two! The spot was easy to find and easy to set up at. Beautiful area to explore. Not many bugs surprisingly! We would recommend this spot to anyone!!
