Visit Wolcott, Fair Haven, or Sodus for an ice cream, stop at a diner, visit local wineries/breweries or browse stores for some local treasures. Should you have a boat, there are two free boat launches on Port Bay. You can rent a boat nearby as well. The Finger Lakes are less than an hour away if looking for a full day wine tour, a visit to Belhurst Castle, or enjoy chasing waterfalls. Niagara Falls, the 1,000 Islands, and a visit to the Adirondack Mountains also make great day trips within a 2-3 hours drive. Port Bay in Wolcott, NY is a hidden gem as it is an ideal location for many different adventures. Experience as much or as little as you want while on vacation!
