Wood Spring is a private members only rustic camping club. Hipcampers have access to all 52 acres including our pond, meadow, Little Buffalo Creek, and our hiking trails. You’ll get a gate combination after confirming your stay. Enter through the gate on our one lane road, cross the shallow creek and end at our large open meadow. If the creek is ever too high to cross, park in the grassy area and walk across foot bridge. GPS coordinates will be shared of your site. Enter those in your map software. Welcome to our club you are a Wood Spring Member during your stay. *Day Members shall have access to Corporation amenities and facilities and follow all rules. We loved this private rural space! The well water was delicious, and having cows and sheep and turkeys on our road made taking a walk so interesting! It was easy to get to Ithaca and Watkins Glen. Dawn, our host was very responsive and helpful. We even had wifi!

Dawn's property is very nice. Close to wineries and the lakes. A great place to base out of for some wine tasting or fall foliage viewing. It's our third visit and won't be our last.

We spent 5 wonderful days at Yost Ridge! After a couple nights at crowded state park campgrounds on the way out to the Finger Lakes, it was nice to be in a quiet space with great views. The site is also centrally located with Seneca Falls and Geneva just a few minutes away and Ithaca and Watkins Glenn 30-45 minutes driving distance. There is so much to do in that area. We could get in a hike or two in the morning, visit a winery in the afternoon and finish off the day with ice cream before heading back to the campsite

Yost Ridge was easy to find and had plenty of space for our 5th wheel and truck. It was located near a farm which offered cheese tasting and live music on the weekend. There is a nice bike path along the river. We went back the next day and took our kayaks thru the lock. Will definitely stay again when in the area. Thanks again for a wonderful stay.

Amazing campground! 10/10. The sites have amazing views and there is so much to explore on the property. They have super friendly farm animals and plenty of trails for a nice hike. Would definitely recommend and will be trying one of their cabins in the future!

Amazing site, sun up to sun down just staring into the sky. trails to explore and a secret treasure chest. Me and the kids loved every minute. The girls appreciated the cute fully plumbed toilet and sink. my son enjoyed helping out with the animals. my favorite was the sunsets.

New for 2024! The cabin in the woods has been resided, insulated, new roof, twin bunk beds, new door and new windows!

Loved spending time at Randy and Allison’s farm! They are kind and accommodating hosts. This is our 6th trip out and we just can’t get enough of the fresh air and wonderful accommodations. The cabin in the woods is so cool and tho r evening and comfortably fits our family of four.

We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin in the woods on Randy & Allison's homestead. It was very relaxing to walk the trails, visit the farm animals, and relax in the peace and quiet for a few days. We have tent camped here a few times as well. Always a great visit- a beautiful spot convenient to many local attractions but also a great place to kick back and do nothing!

Weekend Trip to ZiegenVine Homestead

Beautiful property at the top of the hill. At night the sky looks like a planetarium! This was our second time staying here and we loved it just as much this time round. The cabin is cozy with a good spot outside for meals and a fire. We had our two kids with us (5&3) and they loved it too - the animals, wild space, and bunk beds for them. It's also a great launching point for lots of nearby attractions and Randy and Allison are lovely humans.
