You can park your pop-up/small camper or bring your tent. Bring your kayak, canoe or boat or you can rent kayaks from us at checkout. For our 2nd site, we offer a new built rustic structure as well (10'x10' interior)--see the photos. There's room to park your boat or jet ski trailer as well as your boat trailer. Running water bathroom at "bathhouse". Cold only for the time being. We are on 37 acres, but this is a working cattle farm, so there is a designated area for you to setup camp. Please stay out of the pastures. You will be situated near the cows. Check out nearby Moss Lake, or some of the other nearby small lakes. Genesee River access site in Caneadea is 3 miles down the road and Letchworth State Park is 19 miles/24 minute ride North and on Route 19. Hikers...can explore the nearby state lands and the greenway trail is 3 miles down the road.

There are no RV hookups or sewer connection, but this is a simple place to pull in and camp for a few nights. Sunsets are amazing and is also a large migratory bird (Canadian Geese) path in the fall time. It is truly a sight to see. Site is ~2000 sq ft (50' long x 40' wide) and can comfortably handle a larger RV and/or trailer.

The location is a secluded, sectioned area of a field, with woods on two sides, close to the Chautauqua Rails for Trails entrance. There is fire wood for sale, a communal picnic table and fire pit on site. Located within walking, biking, or a short driving distance are the Chautauqua Rails for Trails, the Chautauqua Gorge, and the Westside Overland Trail. Additional courtesy camping items available at little cost upon request. Farm fresh eggs, seasonal vegetables, and farm raised meat available at farm stand. The entrance to the property is on Summerdale Road. From Lyons Road, turn right on to Summerdale Road. Drive past the first house on the right hand side. Weekend Trip to Bison Trace Luxury Camping

Easy check in. Beautiful property. I highly recommend this glamping experience to anyone. My friend and I split the Waggin Tails covered wagon and were blown away at how roomy and comfortable it was. The wood and easy start kindling that's provided was a lovely bonus. The coffee shop uses the most delicious beans. I made sure I bought a bag to bring home so my husband could taste them. I enjoyed myself so much that I bought a gift card as a Christmas gift for a family member so they can come experience this campground with their family.

Our little family stayed in one of the tents this past weekend and upon our arrival we found a spacious tent with all the amenities for an outside gathering, outdoor cooking, comfortable sleeping arrangements, and a separate game room. We were so impressed with the cleanliness, aesthetics, and personal touches that were left by the owners. Some shout outs: * We were given a separate heated bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet, and a personalized touch of our family name on a sign outside the door * A gathering area or hang out after hours with a fire cauldron * A coffee shop with specious coffee and chai lattes and reasonably priced breakfast options * Pickleball for our kids * Very kind and gracious hosts We will absolutely be back and recommend this as a place to visit to our friends and family!

Absolutely magical! We’ll be back next year - probably for several days. It’s so easy to just relax and be present there - a world apart! The game room, playset, lake, fire pits, ample firewood, and facilities were just beautifully done and soooo worth it! My kiddos cried when it was time to leave. The hot dinners and s’mores kits available for purchase were such a nice touch too. I can’t forget to mention our gracious and friendly hosts too - they made us feel so welcome!

Everyone should try camping in a covered wagon at least once. This was definitely far nicer than anything I imagined. The amenities were top-notch and the people were really lovely. Even when the weather wouldn’t cooperate, we were able to play games and enjoy the setting in a covered and screened porch.

3 nights at Camp On Rushford Lake

It was a great stay! Very peaceful, close to the lake. Right across from the boat launch, too!! Gillian offered me a grill to use as well as a cot for my friend! The cabin was neat, and clean. Seems brand new! Very cozy feel. It was also nice interacting with the Cows in the field next to us. The pups were very curious. There was also several nice yard chairs for use as well as a table with an umbrella. Would certainly stay again when I’m back in the area.
