Renovated 1950s Cabin with hot tub

Our completely remodeled cabin is located in “Old Ruidoso”. It’s walking distance to Midtown and a short drive to Grindstone Lake, Ski Apache and Ruidoso Downs Race Track. We have a grill on our back deck with seating area and an hot tub in the back yard. Our front deck has a 2 person porch swing where you can enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an afternoon glass of wine. As frequent Airbnb guests we feel we have provided a great place for you to stay. The space House: We look forward to sharing our cabin, The Treehouse with you. We purchased and renovated this cabin as a full-time vacation rental and as a place for my husband and me to stay when we visit our daughter and her family. We have been coming to Ruidoso several times a year since they moved here. We love the beauty of the mountains and wildlife and look forward to sharing that with you. Outside: We have 2 seating areas outside, 1 on the front deck and another on the back deck in addition to a gas grill and a hot tub. Parking: There are 2 parking spots in the driveway. Sleeping Areas: The house sleeps up to 4 people, a queen bed in the bedroom and a sleeper couch in the living room. We also have a pack-and-play upon request. There is a small 4-drawer dresser and a closet with plenty of hangers to store your belongings. In addition to the mini-split heater in the living room there are 2 space heaters for the bedroom and the bathroom for the cooler months. For the warmer months the mini-split also has and air conditioner setting and there is a ceiling fan in the bedroom. We provide all pillows and bed linens. Bathroom: We have a full sized bathroom with a bathtub and shower. We provide towels, soap, lotion and toilet paper plus a blow dryer, iron, ironing board and luggage rack located in the closet which is also in the bathroom. Living room: Sink into our comfy couch or chair while watching tv or reading a book. We provide a phone charging station on the side table next to the couch. There are a variety of games which you can find on the side table by back door. Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped for you to cook
