Outside: We have 2 seating areas outside, 1 on the front deck and another on the back deck in addition to a gas grill and a hot tub. Parking: There are 2 parking spots in the driveway. Sleeping Areas: The house sleeps up to 4 people, a queen bed in the bedroom and a sleeper couch in the living room. We also have a pack-and-play upon request. There is a small 4-drawer dresser and a closet with plenty of hangers to store your belongings. In addition to the mini-split heater in the living room there are 2 space heaters for the bedroom and the bathroom for the cooler months. For the warmer months the mini-split also has and air conditioner setting and there is a ceiling fan in the bedroom. We provide all pillows and bed linens. Bathroom: We have a full sized bathroom with a bathtub and shower. We provide towels, soap, lotion and toilet paper plus a blow dryer, iron, ironing board and luggage rack located in the closet which is also in the bathroom. Living room: Sink into our comfy couch or chair while watching tv or reading a book. We provide a phone charging station on the side table next to the couch. There are a variety of games which you can find on the side table by back door. Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped for you to cook Camera: We have a nest camera installed in the front of the cabin that can not only see anything in the front, but can also pick up your conversation.

We have been coming to Ruidoso several times a year since they moved here. We love the beauty of the mountains and wildlife and look forward to sharing that with you. Outside: We have 2 seating areas outside, 1 on the front deck and another on the back deck in addition to a gas grill and a hot tub. Parking: There are 2 parking spots in the driveway. Sleeping Areas: The house sleeps up to 4 people, a queen bed in the bedroom and a sleeper couch in the living room. We also have a pack-and-play upon request. There is a small 4-drawer dresser and a closet with plenty of hangers to store your belongings. In addition to the mini-split heater in the living room there are 2 space heaters for the bedroom and the bathroom for the cooler months. For the warmer months the mini-split also has and air conditioner setting and there is a ceiling fan in the bedroom. We provide all pillows and bed linens. Bathroom: We have a full sized bathroom with a bathtub and shower. We provide towels, soap, lotion and toilet paper plus a blow dryer, iron, ironing board and luggage rack located in the closet which is also in the bathroom. Living room: Sink into our comfy couch or chair while watching tv or reading a book. We provide a phone charging station on the side table next to the couch. There are a variety of games which you can find on the side table by back door. Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped for you to cook Camera: We have a nest camera installed in the front of the cabin that can not only see anything in the front, but can also pick up your conversation.

A great stay at this little cabin. Our third time staying at Karen's place. Her communication is excellent and the cabin has all the little amenities needed. We love having the fenced in backyard for our 2 small dogs. Location is also great being walkable to shops and restaurants. Saw lots of elk this visit meandering through the neighborhood. Great place.
