Our 2 and a half acre property is situated in a very rural quiet area. The Wickecheoke creek, a tributary of the Delaware, runs through the property. There is a private seating area at the little creek for serene enjoyment and private meditation. Each camp site has a small private firepit and picnic table and the cabin has a large firepit, a patio area, and back deck. Plenty of wood is available - free again this season. There is a wooded site, an open site for self contained campers and tent campers, the "lil log cabin" and a large open grassy area, fun for children or dogs to recreate. How about camping in a Vintage Camper! We have on its own site a 1965 Trotwood, canned ham style camper. This cozy piece of the past is restored for nostalgic reflection. Or, stay in 'little log cabin' our cozy and complete cottage with full kitchen, full bathroom, queen size bed, and a pull out sofa, pull out chair and pack and play. (Sleeps 4). There are many parks, conservation reserves and nature trails to hike nearby. Your can bike along farm roads in the area and find places to have your picnic lunch. Forgot some supplies?- within 3 short miles are many shops, services and restaurants, many deliver. Several varieties of wildlife are in the area: you will spot eagles, white tail deer, racoons, wild turkeys and red fox, to name a few, while you stroll, bike or drive throughout the area. Stop at the many creeks and enjoy the vibrant sounds of the bubbling waters; fish, frogs , turtles, blue heron and the many critters who habitate the waters. For birders there are over 75 species of birds within a short walk. During changes of seasons you can often see many birds in flight migrating to far away places. Bring your binoculars and camera. For you shop and antique explorers, just a short drive to the Delaware River and its quaint villages only 10 miles away: Lambertville, New Hope and Frenchtown. Boutiques, art studios, antique shops and restaurants . Enjoy any one of the many local Brewers, Distilleries and vineyards all within a short drive of Oak Grove Acres.

David's camp is a beautiful, lovingly maintained place. Each cabin has beautiful bathrooms, rustic furniture and well stocked kitchens. The grounds are extensive with lovely little ponds and sitting spots to enjoy. The beds were comfy, the bugs few and nature close by. Overall, David was an excellent responsive host and kindly took care of us with a generator when the power went out due to a thunderstorm over NJ. I would not hesitate to stay again, as David is an amazing host.

The experience at this place was incredible. We were able to enjoy everything this campground has to offer. The kids had an amazing time, and the camping experience was unforgettable for both children and adults of all ages. The campground is very well designed to provide an outstanding experience. I would come back again and again because this place exceeded our expectations. Weekend Trip to FernRock Retreat

This is a phenomenal spot for a relaxing stay. Sandy and John have put a lot of love into this space, and it shows. My girlfriend and I spent the weekend in the cabin by the creek, and even with inclement weather, there was plenty of space inside and plenty to do outside. The cabin was spacious, with two bedrooms, a mediation loft, full kitchen, and bathroom. The weekend was filled with passing thunderstorms, and we made great use of the screened in porch to watch the storms in comfort. Between downpours, we got to kayak, walk the grounds, and watch the plentiful wildlife. Sandy and John were great hosts, super friendly, and really accommodating when the storms knocked out power in the area. Really great experience, and we'll definitely be back!

Weekend Trip to FernRock Retreat

Amazing space and even more amazing hosts! Sandy and John provided the exact type of weekend escape my girlfriend and I needed to reset, kayak, meditate, walk some trails, sit on the dock, and still have a full kitchen and shower to come home to. John and Sandy were lovely to chat with every time we encountered them, and were super responsive and gracious when inclement weather hit. We will absolutely be visiting again soon!

Weekend Trip to Deer Point

Brought my partner and a couple friends out here during July 4th weekend - astoundingly beautiful and a very comfortable place to stay. Everything was clean and working perfectly when we arrived. Unfortunately the whole town lost power (thunderstorms) during the trip, but Jeff did his best to stay in communication and make sure we were all okay. Despite the storms and power outage, we still had a wonderful time - being nestled in this little haven in the woods was a perfect way to appreciate nature and spend time with loved ones. Such a standout place! Pictures don’t do it justice - book it if you’re considering! Sandy and John are considerate hosts who balance proactive support and giving ample space to explore and have privacy. The cabin is spacious and has everything you need. The creek in the summer was so refreshing and cool. We beat a heat wave with ease with all the land had to offer.

3 nights at Deer Point

Bob and Celeste were excellent hosts. They communicated well prior to our visit and reached out while we were at their cabin to ensure our comfort. The interior was comfortable, even during 100 degree temperatures outside! The beds, furniture, televisions, ceiling fans, etc., were all new and made our stay relaxing. One unexpected bonus was all the wildlife we saw in their secluded spot in the woods. We enjoyed sitting on their porch watching the many deer and turkeys that wandered near us in the morning and afternoon. We look forward to returning in the near future!

This is an awesome full stocked cabin in the Poconos. Close to fun stuff to do with kids, like Bushkill falls, we had an awesome few days here. We saw tons of deer and even a bear. The host is responsive and informative. We will definitely be back!

The place is serene next to the woods. Little added amenities for the things you may forget. Wi-Fi was great for working remote. All the comforts of home in a camp setting. Large fire pit as well.

Weekend Trip to Deer Point

This cabin is great! It’s a good size, very cozy, and tucked away in the wilderness. It was well stocked with basic amenities, including snacks, coffee, and firewood. Everything was very well prepared and exceptionally clean. It’s also located right next to several great hiking trails. I would highly recommend it for a relaxing weekend getaway!

Very large property with lots of seclusion. New and modern amenities. Responsive communication. Has everything you need which let us cut down on packing. Plenty of space for outdoor games like the corn hole we brought. Beds are quite comfortable. We did some fly fishing and this property is ideally located for access to several well known trout streams. We had Turkey and Deer as visitors. Perfect for a guys get together weekend and cushy enough to make the girls happy.

Weekend Trip to Great Times Camp Ground

My group’s third time going to this campsite! We love it! We had terribly rainy weather and the many covered spaces around the camp were incredibly helpful. Our kids did not mind the rain so the grownups hung out in the picnic shelter and the youths took over the playground. A perfect mix.

Weekend Trip to Creekside at Crystal Lake

The cabin is small and quite comfortable. Great bed and couch. No power but there are battery power lights. A generator is available for a small fee and that might be essential in the heat of summer to run the AC. Sits all by itself away from the host’s home giving excellent privacy. Nice driveway into the cabin and easy to find. We stayed just one night but this would be a great base to see the area sites.
