Our 2 and a half acre property is situated in a very rural quiet area. The Wickecheoke creek, a tributary of the Delaware, runs through the property. There is a private seating area at the little creek for serene enjoyment and private meditation. The camp site has a small firepit and picnic table and the cabin has a large firepit, a patio area, and back deck. Plenty of wood is available - free again this season. The camping area is semi wooded. Both the campsite and little "log and have access to a large open grassy area, fun for children or dogs to recreate. The little 'log cabin' is a cozy and complete cottage with full kitchen, full bathroom, queen size bed, and a pull out sofa, pull out chair and pack and play. (Sleeps 4). There are many parks, conservation reserves and nature trails to hike nearby. Your can bike along farm roads in the area and find places to have your picnic lunch. Forgot some supplies?- within 3 short miles are many shops, services and restaurants, many deliver. Several varieties of wildlife are in the area: you will spot eagles, white tail deer, racoons, wild turkeys and red fox, to name a few, while you stroll, bike or drive throughout the area. Stop at the many creeks and enjoy the vibrant sounds of the bubbling waters; fish, frogs , turtles, blue heron and the many critters who habitate the waters. For birders there are over 75 species of birds within a short walk. During changes of seasons you can often see many birds in flight migrating to far away places. Bring your binoculars and camera. For you shop and antique explorers, just a short drive to the Delaware River and its quaint villages only 10 miles away: Lambertville, New Hope and Frenchtown. Wading Pines Camp Resort is a hidden gem. My partner and I took our two kids and two dogs for a short weekend. We stayed in a cabin behind the pond and it was simple yet had everything we needed. We decided with all our gear and the boys to just buy and cook food once we got settled and was happily surprised to find the day a little restaurant! Very reasonably priced and tasty, it was such a stress taken away, not needing to cook, clean up after or buy and transport food. Our stay was unfortunately quite short, but we’re definitely looking forward to coming back soon, trying different sites and tent camping and kayaking on the trail behind the cabins!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My friends and I had a fantastic time at Camp Nox. Everything was exactly as described. The site was private, clean, and had everything we needed. We enjoyed spending quality time among the trees, by the stream and the lake, and even visited a nearby public pool. The host was also very responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. Thank you for the wonderful glamping experience. It will be hard to go back to regular camping ;).

Just got home from the perfect weekend here. Just me and a friend of mine getting out of town for a few days, and we got to go to the rodeo in town at the time as well. Camp site/cabins are clean. Bathrooms and showers only steps away. A/C in the cabin kept us cool and the quietness of the area was perfect.

Great spot, very private but close to town, lake, and hiking trails. Nice creek located onsite to wade in, or if you’re like us, set up a chair and chill in. There is a cooking area, sink, water filled jugs, fire pit w wire cooking options, and a charcoal grill. porta potty is clean. There is a hammock off to the side to relax in. One thing to note is you can hear traffic in the distance, but it’s not too disruptive. Would highly recommended! Also, you need to stop at Owow cow (sp?) creamery for some delicious ice cream!

Great secluded site in the heart of Bucks County. Everything was as described, clean and well sorted. Lots of land to roam around on and the private access to Tohickon Creek was the perfect place to just chill on a hot summer's day. Pleasantly surprised that I didn't need to use any of my mosquito gear and there were no flying insect issues at all (this was in early June). The wildlife is just as happy to be here too. Deer and their fawns wander in and out without fear. Frogs, turtles (tortoise?), fireflies, etc. The turkey's wake you up in the morning!

My group’s third time going to this campsite! We love it! We had terribly rainy weather and the many covered spaces around the camp were incredibly helpful. Our kids did not mind the rain so the grownups hung out in the picnic shelter and the youths took over the playground. A perfect mix.

Sarah was a very helpful and proactive host, and her campsite is located in a beautiful spot on her family’s land. She set up the site with everything we needed, from a camp sink, to a bevy of fire starters, to a clean porta potty. There are many fun games to play if you need a break from exploring. Even on a very wet weekend we enjoyed the short hike down to the peaceful river (even had a Bald Eagle fly by!) and the longer hike to the lake, and it’s a short drive to access more trails nearby as well. If you want to have a treat, a quick 5 min drive gets you to Owowcow for good ice cream and Kimberton cafe for tea and coffee. The family agreed this was one of our favorite campsites and we look forward to coming back in nicer weather.

Weekend Trip to Creekside at Crystal Lake

The cabin is small and quite comfortable. Great bed and couch. No power but there are battery power lights. A generator is available for a small fee and that might be essential in the heat of summer to run the AC. Sits all by itself away from the host’s home giving excellent privacy. Nice driveway into the cabin and easy to find. We stayed just one night but this would be a great base to see the area sites.
