I loved tent camping on Janissa's land. It was quiet and private. She is an excellent host. She went beyond expectations.

Weekend Trip to Horse Farm Camping

It was a lovely shaded spot. Thank goodness since we camped during a heat wave. 🥵 It was quite private, except for the horses who would meander down to check us out. There is water available and a porta john however it's a little under a quarter mile away. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and would stay again in cooler weather. 😊

3 nights at Horse Farm Camping

We loved camping at Bren’s farm. The spot he gave us was private, în close proximity to the horses (that were fenced). He have us water. We had to back into the site through a long driveway, so just make sure you arrive on daylight and go slowly and use spotters. I did fine with our 29’ Travel Trailer. You can run your generator as much or as little as you need, as nobody will hear you. Mike

Great spot, nice and private. Can hear the road until traffic dies off, but it’s not too bad; didn’t disturb us. The horses are right there next to the spot and there are chickens and other animals on the farm.

Great location. We visited Cape May, Wildwood, Sea Isle, and Atlantic City. Tom’s property is ideal for beach lovers and the campsite offers much privacy. Tom responded quickly to all communication. We had a great weekend boon-docking with our RV.

This is my 6th time going to Great Times. Booked this site when a different camp ground fell through for my spring camp out. I booked 3 weeks notice and Will was hospitable as always!

BEST Hipcamp in NJ! Honestly one of the best camping sites I’ve ever stayed at, private or public. This land is beautifully kept. The pond is huge and the creek behind site two is one of the prettiest I’ve seen. The property & site are easy to find. The area is very private & the hosts respect your privacy but respond fast. There is cell service which was a bonus for me while camping alone. There was a picnic table, fire ring with cooking griddle, porta potty, tree swing, pond dock & huge canoe provided. Felt remote once on site but there is a wawa fifteen minutes away need be :) 10/10 a perfect time!

Great times! Beautiful spot, love having the place to ourselves to let the kids and dog run around. Just a note that there is a walk from the parking area to where you'll set up your tent - it's flat, and they leave a big cart to help you move stuff.

Want to be close to Long Beach Island (LBI) without the crowds? You've found the place! Our lot is 1.22 acres only several miles away from LBI, New Jersey. The owner-occupied residence is tucked away from the road with only one neighbor in sight. We live in a 1987 geodesic dome home on the property. Additionally, our self-converted 2002 International Blue Bird school bus is parked here. There is plenty of room for you to park in the circle driveway or to the left of the dome. Enjoy our large, fenced backyard with plenty of room for activities. We have yard games available (Yard Yahtzee, Spikeball, Molkky, lawn darts, and more) and you're welcome to bring them to the beach. Crab traps, fishing poles, and a cooler are available too.
