To preserve its beauty and health, trailers and RVs must book the RV sites. We appreciate your cooperation. RV sites 50 amp electricity and a rustic experience on crushed concrete near our corral. You'll have foot access just steps from the prairie. All sites share access to delicious potable water, a clean porta potty, and a funky outdoor camp shower (with unheated water), as well as private foot access to hiking at various levels of challenge to the south side of our nation's Scotts Bluff National Monument. A small group of yearling cattle are at home on the prairie in summer months, and may share you the prairie tent area with campers in the months of May and June. This was a quiet and peaceful campground with stunning scenery. Lisa was very helpful, providing detailed directions to the campsite. It was a short drive into Gering and Scott’s Bluff Monument. This was a wonderful place to stay that is off the beaten path.

Weekend Trip to Wildhorse Creek At BE Farm

I came here from Colorado for a weekend getaway and wasn't disappointed. The farm and flowers are beautiful. The spot I camped was right next to a little river. The owner, Billy, was very nice and helpful. The farm cat Sir Gordon camped with me for the weekend. You can pick and make your own flower arrangement during season. There is a water spigot and firewood for sale . The closest store is a dollar general about 10 minutes away. Farm is about 30 minutes east of Scott's Bluff Monument.

We had a fantastic time at my horse Campground. Billy‘s farm offered a very unique opportunity to be able to see and be part of a working farm in action. Billy was friendly and helpful. Interacting us to the campsite where we had adequate water and shade pretty much anything you could ask for he had thoughtfully delivered firewood to the site for us to use in the fire ring and showed us where how to get more in case we needed it. If you want your kids to have the opportunity to have a tractor driving lesson or see how commercial flowers or pumpkins are raised. This is your place. Billy can direct you to many other recreational opportunities in the area. Very close to Scott’s Bluff and chimney rockWe will go back here to camp anytime we get the opportunity to do so. Super fun we highly recommend it!!.

Couldn’t have asked for a better spot on our first trip to Nebraska. This spot was absolutely beautiful, backed up to the bluffs. Lisa was a great host and when she found out we were using a rooftop tent instead of an RV, she suggested we stay on the prairie instead which made the night all that more beautiful. We had to battle with the Nebraska wind for a couple hours, but the sunrise was so worth it. We’ll definitely be back on our next time through.

Very eclectic including the winery and paths to walk and view fireflies by the pond. 20 amp electricity and water from a hose (No 30 or 50 amp) which made it more on the primitive side and probably not suitable for bigger rigs. (Mine is 20’ and perfect size pull thru.)

Loved staying here. Views are great. Very isolated and quiet, which we enjoyed. Rained heavily and got muddy on the road in and out - but nothing too bad. We handled it easily. Road and campsite well maintained.
