Sage Oasis Garden Retreat

Sage Oasis is a permaculture garden retreat center with a variety of lodging options located just outside the town of Hot Springs, Montana, an area known for its sweeping high desert views and unique mineral-rich hot soaking options. Evolving as a model of self-sufficient living in support of personal health and well-being at the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual levels. Sage Oasis hosts small hands-on workshops and retreat experiences for individuals and groups. We are located mid-way between Missoula and Kalispell, hot mineral soaks just minutes away in the Hot Springs valley of western Montana. It is 30 minutes from Flathead Lake, 45 minutes to the National Bison Range, and under 2 hours to Glacier National Park. All the activities and features listed here are within an hour's drive. We allow one pet per unit for a fee of $15 per trip, which you may kindly add to your payment. Please request permission for additional pets, as we often have several on the property and try to limit the numbers. Thank you.

Stay with me on this newly landscaped lot in remote Dixon, MT! If you are a bicyclist traveling down the Paradise Canyon, this is the perfect pitstop.

The Canyon runs East and West, creating a similar effect seen only in the Ojai mountains. The Cantina has delicious food, and restroom facilities are available off-site.

Whether you’re seeking adventure or solitude, you’ll find it here in Big Sky Country. From the jagged Rocky Mountains to the expansive Great Plains. Green Acres Ranch is home to some of the most beautiful wildlife in the country. The town of Thompson Falls is filled with friendly residents, affordable eatery’s and unique trinket shopping. It's a 20-minute walk or 10-minute bike ride to the famous High Bridge that takes you to the island into town, along with swimming and fishing. Need some space. You’ll find it on our green fields of 10 acres, or 5 acres of forest. Inviting the wild turkeys, geese, elk, eagles and deer. Views are filled with panoramic serene mountains and majestic blue skies. Portable toilets will not be available until the beginning of May and we've got The Best Drinking Water. ~Thank You~

Site #1 We Welcome RV's. Pictured is a 36' Motorhome. Plenty of room to turn around. With electrical and water hookup. Lots oF privacy. Stay awhile and get comfortable by resting and relaxing in its surroundings.

Rivers Edge Retreat

The  old railway road bed that serviced the Mill Creek Saw Mill runs through the middle of my  property. My log cabin is one of only three high cabins that sit on the back of the Clark Fork River. Learn more about this land:5 RV camp spots, either Motorhome or Trailer. Dry camping only for now will be adding electrical in the near future. Water is available via hose.Enjoy the wildlife that frequent the area. Bald Eagles and Osprey reside in the trees on property and can be seen fishing in the waters behind property.River views from property and fishing access down to river via sloped trail. Public access for fishing and swimming and boat launch are across the river and about a 4 minute drive from camp.1/2 mile from State cut off Rd. Highway 135 and  Highway 90 in Saint Regis. Golfing at Trestle Creek Golf Course 500 yards from camp. Bike the Hiawatha trail designed to take you through views of Mt back country from abounded train trails, ride through old trail tunnels and experience Montana’s beauty. Glacier National Park just 2.5 hours from camp.Flathead Lake 1 hour from camp. 4 X 4 trails just 1 minute from camp.

Learn more about this land:We (Stewart and Michelle) want to share our beautiful Montana property with fellow bikers. If you are on your way to a rally or to Glacier and don't want to compete for a simple camp spot with cars and RVs, this is the place for you.We have tent campsites, a porta potty, electric, water, charcoal BBQ, Fire pit, all nestled at the foot of a mountain.  Need a tent etc.?  We have some tents, sleeping bags, etc. available if you are travelling light.  Just let us know!Stewart has some shop space available when he is home for simple repairs and checks on your bike before you head back out.  We have chickens and ducks, so you may hear a rooster or some clucking, but they are around the corner and not right up in your business. They get up about 7am-ish and go to roost at appx. 8pm. Ask us about fresh eggs!Campers will receive 10% off meals at Whipped Up Cafe in Superior.  Scott and Michele and family will feed you a tasty homecooked meal.  The menu is inside the cabinet at camp.We are less than 5 minutes from the interstate, exit 47.

The Ranch Cabin

Learn more about this land:Welcome to our cabin on the ranch. Come enjoy this uniquely, beautiful lodging experience and all that the surrounding area has to offer. We are located exactly half way between Flathead Lake and Missoula. Wake up to the picturesque views of the Mission Mountains and visit the two stunning lakes that are within 5 min or take a short drive to the amazing wold class fishing near by. There is quick access to great hiking, camping, and bike riding as well. We are also able to accommodate horses. You can even take a scenic horseback ride basically from your front door. This historically rich community has so much to offer, so come take in the farm/ranch lifestyle and enjoy endless adventures and attractions. As a former Infection prevention specialist cleaning is a priority and held to high standards. Please ask about amenities for families traveling with small children. 

Camp Kapapa Old US Hwy 93

We are a family-oriented eco-friendly campsite located on the beautiful Flathead Lake of Elmo, Montana. With direct access to the lake and an hour's drive to Glacier National Park.

 Whether you are a family or only one person, we are here to make your stay at our campground an enjoyable one.

 Our campground is one of the last places along the shores of Flathead Lake that is pristine and undeveloped.

On the platform is a picnic table, personal grill and rocking chair.

We had a lovely dinner at the dining table with amazing view of the lake.

The firepit is huge and has plenty of seats for everyone. We decided not to have a fire, since it was pretty smoky during our visit. 

One of our favorite activities was reading in the hammock!

If you want to use the communal kitchen, you can pay a small gratuity and have access to the utensils.
