If you are looking for quietude, this is your spot! Twenty acres situated minutes from lakes, rivers and US Forest Service land. Partly forested and partly pasture land, we boast Aspen, Fir, Spruce and Pine trees. Wildlife that commonly pass through include coyote, elk, deer and badger. Lots of bird life from woodpeckers and blue jays to eagles and owls. Fuel, groceries and river access available a short fifteen minute drive away.
Lake access is only twenty minutes to the closest, Murphy Lake. Half a dozen other lakes within a thirty minute range. We have a campfire ring set up at your RV/Camp site and camp wood is available. You have fresh, potable water on site as well as electric hook-up. No RV dump available.
We are pet friendly! Since we do have neighbors and wildlife, we require pets to be leashed when not secured in our fenced area. We are located outside of the range of cell service when on-site however we do have wifi available at the host cabin.

The downstairs separate apartment is currently unfinished so there will not be any other guests staying on the property during your visit.

We stayed two nights in one of the cabins. This is a great place to stay when visiting Glacier National Park. The cabin is small, but not overly so. The air conditioning is a fantastic addition. The mini fridge works well and makes the experience much better. There isn’t any seating, other than the beds, so bring chairs. And that’s not a criticism, the cabin is exactly what is needed and nothing more. We enjoyed the amenities in the office area (lounge, showers, microwave, and coffee maker). I highly recommend North American Park for anyone visiting the park.

We got a cabin for the night when passing through and it was a nice place. Host was pleasant and the restaurant/bar felt like you were a local swinging by your local spot. Community fire pits were enjoyable with the neighboring camp sites. I would stay here again if ever in the area.

Weekend Trip to Elk Ridge Cabins
Shilo was great and the room and the property were fantastic. We stayed in the Mrs Judy cabin and it was clean, charming and comfortable. The bathrooms and showers were in a nearby building and were very clean and looked like newer builds. There are lovely landscaping details throughout the property, and a couple friendly dogs that came by to say hello. Our stay here was an oasis in between days of minimal Glacier National park camping. Highly recommended.
