Larry’s property was a great space for us. He was very responsive, friendly, and helpful. Our dogs were able to run around and the area was very safe. We will definitely come again next year once springtime arrives!

We were to sure when we saw the area. (Due to being so close to street and railroad tracks) . BUT….. we had a beyond lovely stay. The town is friendly and Darin was super kind to us. This is a no frills camping spot. Positive however for the area. Lulu National Forest is INCREDIBLE and breathtaking. Nice couple down the street with fresh fruit and veggie stand. Beautiful area. Peaceful. Serene. We would come back. ☺️

What a great hipcamp spot. Stayed there twice on a cross country trip. Larry is a friendly, warm and welcoming host. Great quiet spot surrounded by foothills and pretty views. On the return trip, his young daughter walked over, introduced herself and we had a great chat. When she left, she handed us a wonderful gift, a bag of Huckleberry taffy! Will definitely visit again!

Private, close to great fly fishing and Missoula. The meadow was super peaceful and the spot was nice. Our dogs loved being able to roam free around the area. Larry was very nice and gave good recommendations on things to do in the area and where to fish. We would definitely come back and stay here again.

Larry is a fantastic host. He personally welcomed us and assisted us in getting situated. He went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of and even gave me a call in the evening to let me know of an approaching storm (in case we were inside and would miss out on the lightning show).
It was a great stay!

Great bathrooms, glamping spot, covered communal BBQ kitchenette and friendly host. Sunset and night sky were out of this world on top of the world in this valley dazzled with hot springs.

It was easy to find, enjoyed the privacy and trees on the site. We were close to the kettlehouse amphitheater which was great. It was 95 out and they were helpful, suggesting a little swimming hole close to their property.

Great affordable site walking distance from american legion. full hookups and easy access. It is on the side of the highway and there is a good bit of train traffic across the highway, but aside from that the price is right and there are tons of great activities nearby. The owner is very kind and made sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved this RV site. First, it is super convenient - located right off the highway for an easy set up. It includes all amenities (power, water, and sewer) and the price can’t be beat. It was a very level spot with amazing views. There is one bar in town that does karaoke, which is very fun. And we even spotted big horn sheep in the backyard. Plains is located 10 minutes down the road for all your grocery / coffee / restaurant needs. Would highly recommend this spot!

This spot was ideal for taking a break from our drive. It was very convenient to get there from I-90. The camping spot was easy to access towing our 27 ft. Airstream as were the hook ups. The location is on a big plot of land partway up a hill the view was of a meadow and hills in the distance. Larry was helpful and available for questions. And to cap it off, we were greeted by a friendly young girl with huckleberry taffy.

Super sweet stay! After a week of camping the absolutely delux shower rooms were a dream! Totally enjoyed: sitting in the shaded porch area plucking one of the guitars hanging in the walls, watching the dogs run free playing, putting my cooler food into the refrigerator for the night, and knowing I could do laundry or make coffee anytime. I also enjoyed sunset yoga from the platform, while watching the deer cross the field. Super friendly, chill and kind hostess.
I look forward to staying there again!

Amazing site and host! We stayed two days/nights and Larry was the most wonderful host - he went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable with so many suggestions for sites to see that weren’t in any brochures.
Tons and tons of room for dogs to roam off-leash - just absolutely beautiful!! Would (and definitely will) stay again!!
