Most sites are on concrete slabs so they are level and the property has grass areas with trees as well. FYI: Great site if you like trains! An important part of Montana’s commerce is transportation by rail so there will be highway and train noise. If you are a light sleeper, you may want to have noise-cancelation devices handy. The property adjacent to ours has the original ranch house and barn and other outbuildings that were part of the Ponderosa Pine Ranch which owned most of the valley we're in. The ranch house and buildings were divided away from our part of the property several years ago, so we have our home here and what was mostly pasture. The campsites are all pasture grass with trees for shade. We do not have cell phone service here. We have one site that has 30 amp electricity. Also we do not have trash service .

We had such an amazing couple days here! Was private and truly a little patch of heaven! The deer and fox’s are cool to have roaming around the property and the river is breathtaking we cause several trout! Highly recommended! We will be back!

This was a great location for visiting friends in Bozeman. The directions to the site were good and the site was clean, level, completely fenced, and offered electricity and water. We travel with two golden retrievers and after checking with our host, they were allowed to roam freely on the large, fenced property. We are very satisfied RVers and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Wild Horse.

Awesome place with plenty of room, Roger was awesome! We stayed at site 1 which wasn’t directly on the river but it was a short trail to the river and you had your own private beach. I actually drove my truck down the trail and made it to the beach. 100% recommend.

Great spot next to the river where the kids could splash in the river, we caught trout, watched nesting eagles and enjoyed locally grown corn! We will be back next year!

My family and I are so happy we found this gem of a camp ground. The grounds are extremely clean even the porta potty smelled good ( thats what my son said). The bathroom was spotless also. They have corn hole, horse shoes, and disk golf. We come from a loud/busy city so the traffic amd train really didn't bother us.. the cement pad was so nice when it came to parking our camper. Even the picnic tables were in great shape! Waking up in the morning surrounded by the mountains and greeted by 2 beautiful horses is a great way to wake up. We loved this site so much we booked the next 3 weekends to go up and enjoy the site again.

Everything was perfect. Brand new flushing toilets and a beautiful bathroom and showers, as we were regaled by a few friendly horses in the pasture just next to us. Gina and Dan were excellent hosts!
