Our property is close to town but far enough out that you feel secluded. We have wonderful dark nights with amazing views of stars. There is a fishing access a mile down the road, or you can hike to the river which is approximately 1000 feet to the river. The river isn't a real deep river, a lot of people use it to float on tubes, but it has been known to have some nice fish also. The area always gets afternoon wind gusts that happen daily and don't last long but something you'll want to be aware of.
On site we have available for rent 2 tiny houses and 4 Rv hook up spots. Our property also has a yurt, an additional tiny house, a skoolie and a motorhome.
If you’re wanting to just get away to a beautiful spot, take a hike along the river, float the river or fish this is your place. It’s beautiful and quiet.

Super cute cabin with everything I needed. The stream right by it also kept the area nice and cool despite an air temp of 90. The road leading to it had a number of big potholes that would be hard on smaller vehicles, but it also made sure that any traffic going through were going slow. Would absolutely stay here again!!!

Cabin was as described and very comfortable. The camp ground was well kept and easy to navigate with a nice place to sit outside and relax after a day of hiking, enjoying the town and eating at great restaurants.

Incredible secluded cabin in the middle of the mountains! The sound of the rushing water was the absolute best thing to fall asleep and wake up to. My dog loved playing in the water and it is extremely accessible. I was hoping to see some otters, but I did hear some noises at night when falling asleep! Some critters are definitely nearby, as to be expected given the location! Josh's instructions were great and I had no trouble finding the spot. The generator with lights was also extremely appreciated! Felt safe as a solo female traveler, especially knowing that there were other campers across the way at the other cabin.

Amazing stay with an exceptional view and amenities. Cabin is brand new and super clean. Exceeded expectations in all ways. Getting to Yellowstone was a breeze. There was a plaza minutes away with a convenient store, gas station and a cluster of restaurants to choose from. Be on the lookout for wild animals at night as it’s truly situated in the wild. All in all a turtle great stay and would highly recommend!

Beautiful view of the mountains and a great little get away! The stream was wonderful to have access to and just to hear it in the background. Cabin was adorable and with close access to the Chico Hot Springs and their amenities. Definitely staying here again

The cozy cabin is very comfortable and warm to stay in and the vibe is very relaxing.
It is set up for two people max and the bathroom door offers limited privacy, so couples that are comfortable with each other are best
We were traveling with dogs and it was nice to be able to walk through the pasture to the Baker Creek where they could play.
There is also a bootleg disc golf course in the public land across Amsterdam Road Also.
The host and homeowner are quick to answer any questions And they were very helpful.

1 night at Yellowstone City Guest Ranch
We have stayed at all three of Josh’s cabins up historic Emigrant Gulch and it’s always been a good time. Nothing but beautiful trees, mountains and silence. The cabins are nice and always have plenty of firewood to keep you warm through the night (we have stayed up there twice now in the winter with temps below 20 degrees). The outdoor range is a plus and the compost toilets are sooo much better than a classic outhouse pit. Always a pleasure to stay in one of these cabins with this Looke’s Mill being the most spacious and family friendly. Josh and fam’s hospitality and quick communication is excellent.
