The Elk River Blue Bird sits in the middle of 40 acres of beautiful woods and deep ravines. Your nearest neighbor is our other listing of a two-person cabin approximately 50 yards away. You should feel very private and secluded, however.

We still find wild strawberries growing. The hills we ride and hike in, were once used by Jessie James and his gang. They robbed the local bank in Pineville, MO. We had a great time here. Beautiful land and cozy cabin. Very comfortable and great kitchen set up with induction stove and convection countertop oven. Everything was very clean and well stocked with everything from board games to laundry soap. The hosts John and Ginny are nice and welcoming. We will definitely come back when we can stay longer.

We had such a great experience at the Rt. 62 campground. We stayed in the Bungalow cabin with our dogs. The grounds were lovely with a lot of different activities. The jacuzzi tub was a fun addition. The hosts were very easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay there again!
