Please read the listing description in full, prior to booking. Each tent features a queen bed, mini fridge, and a Keurig coffee maker. WiFi Hotspot (available upon request) Towels Provided Coffee, creamer, and sugar packets Fire Pit Heat and air conditioning unit All of our tents sleep two guests, with an option to add a cot for a third guest. Please note this cot is not large and lays on the ground. **A $10 fee is applied for the third guest. This fee is per night. **Please contact our office at [xxxxxxxx] to inquire about adding a third guest. Sorry, we do not allow pets in any of the Glamping Tents. These gorgeous tents are located in the woods - while we treat our property regularly, there are still bugs and wildlife in nature. Lighting - some tents have a main, overhead light, while others have lantern and battery-powered "candle" lighting. Bathrooms - guests use the community bathhouse on the property. There is an outdoor faucet at each Glamping Tent (no sinks). The Glamping Tent decks are elevated - there is railing on portions of the deck; the railing does not encompass the deck. There are pathways specific to each tent - because these tents are situated in the woods, the pathways are not level and portions can be slippery when wet.     Camped at Arkansas River Cabin w/Heat & AC, Sept 2026.

    My Wife and I enjoyed our stay at the Arkansas River Cabin! The cabin was clean and well stocked. It had everything we needed flduring our stay. The hot tub was perfect for relaxing at the end of the day! The area around the hot tub is a bit treacherous to walk in flip flops due to the rocky terrain surrounding it and the paving stones shifting underfoot, so just be mindful when you’re walking around it. We did notice large black ants a few other insects crawling around the floor randomly throughout the day. Fortunately they didn’t really bother us. The mattress is a bit thin and slightly too stiff. I slept alright on it, but it was more uncomfortable for my wife. Overall, it was a great time and worth the price!
