Beautiful eleven point river offers blue, red, and white ribbon, spring fed trout/walleye water. If you're looking to float the river, be sure to research the many springs on the way down your trip and the historic mill communities that once flourished there. Sites listed are 136A and 136 B, which are on a shared acre. The other two sites are approximately 50 yards away, 209 Harner Hollow being one of these sites and 112 Harner Hollow. The total property area is 30 acres with rarely any traffic on the country road. 209 and 112 are premier sites with limited availability.
Note: A large Class A RV would not be able to make the curve in the county road.

This place is absolutely crawling with wildlife: deer, bear, turkeys, and countless other critters big and small. There’s even supposedly a red wolf or two in the area.
The property is separated into two halves by a high ridge. One side of the ridge is for living and farming, and the other side is for hunting and hiking. There is a seasonal creek on each side of the ridge.
Your rental spot is kept cut short and is treated for ticks and chiggers.

I enjoyed this little secluded spot. Best campsite on the campgrounds if you're looking for something a bit less "open". It's tucked back in some trees unlike the other campsites. On the 2nd night I switched to a different site though to get some distance from other campers since a huge party of 37 showed up in the area just outside this spot. The host was helpful.

Great little spot, beautiful sunsets, felt safe and was quiet. Katrina was so kind and allowed us to check in one hour early. She met us at the lot and gave some local recommendations of things to do. Was great to have a place to do laundry & the shower was nice and hot. The place does need a little TLC as most of the campers are permanent residents and have a lot of random stuff sitting around, also our picnic table was rotted and unusable. But those things aren’t dealbreakers! Very nice place overall, would definitely stay again.

Great place for a relaxing weekend. Hosts were very accommodating, and helpful. It's always easy to see, when owners take pride in what they are doing, and it showed here. The shower house was prestine and the coffee was a huge bonus, especially when packing up to leave on the final morning. The trails were great, and campsites were clean, and well marked. The only surprise here was that not every spot was booked at such a nice place! I will return, and plan to make this a frequent spot.

All the comforts of a hotel with all the beauty of camping! No need to pack a sleeping bag, the beds have pillows and blankets already. Fridge, freezer, microwave, and cheap ice made meals very easy. The porch has two chairs and a small table. There is a cigarette container for those who need it. The picnic table was in great shape and the firepit kept our coals warm enough that I only had to light our fire the first night and it stayed hot enough to cook our meals for the next day. The bathroom had hot running water, a shower, and a flush toilet. That was super handy for our kids in the middle of the night. AC and heat kept us comfortable at night, while the TV and DVD player were a nice break when rain came through. We enjoyed the playground and the walking trail.
Definetly consider this cabin for your next glamping trip! (Cabin 1 & 2 are two halves of the same building. Cabin 2 was empty during our trip. It would have been a bit too cozy if we had neighbors that close. For more privacy, choose Cabin 3, 4, the Squirrel Nest, or the Tackle Box.)

It was a great area. The host was sweet and easy going. Her mom (grandma) was so sweet and looked forward to seeing her and her pupper dog everyday. The site we had was very nice. The noise from town was a little annoying but overall it was a good stay. Will definitely go back.

This place was great! We did the primitive camping and not one serious complaint. Park like setting, very quiet, and perfect for stargazing. Within an hour from a few cool places to visit. The bathhouse really made it stand out. Showers and bathrooms were as if we were home. Terrific job with this place!

It truly felt like a luxury camp ground, the bathhouse was so well appointed and sparklingly clean with great shower products! The coffee and snacks were a great addition as well. Glamping at in the Dogwood Den tent at Sinking Creek was amazing!! Inside we were greeted with a simple luxury and softness. But once we stepped outside, it was truly camping at its finest. It was a perfect, secluded, beautiful campsite. Located on gorgeous property surrounded by forest and pastures. Every little detail made it feel so special. Highly recommend Sinking Creek Ranch! And Dogwood Den was just perfect.
