The pasture is quite visible from Old Route 66, nearly adjoining it. Therefore people traveling “the Mother Road” find it convenient to stay with us. Grass is the best forage for horses, especially older ones, so we take care of our pastures, making for beautiful scenery for campers, too. Plus the entire back mile is bordered by old forest. And there is a swimming hole not a half mile away.
This is a quiet and private site, bordered by a neighbor's old forest on back, other neighbor's cattle pasture on side, and you're in one of the pastures used by the Horse Sanctuary. (You are camping about 1/4 mile, more or less, from our house.)
We regularly see coyote, wild turkeys, deer, fireflies, and the like.
We are just 1/2 mile off Old Route 66, therefore there are quirky little museums and great restaurants (for such a rural area!).
Plus we are only about an hour's drive from Branson. MO. which is a known tourist attraction.

We still find wild strawberries growing. The hills we ride and hike in, were once used by Jessie James and his gang. They robbed the local bank in Pineville, MO. This was our second stay at Riverdream, and we love it! Beautiful sky without light pollution, no noise from traffic or what I guess you'd call "city life." My husband & I stayed in a tent both trips, and we were comfortable in each site. Toilet/showers are extremely clean and always stocked. Water flow and temperature is great. Kings River is a short mosey away from camp. Berryville on one side, Eureka Springs on the other. The Hosts have always been kind and quick to assist when we needed it. Their land is perfect for a quick weekend getaway, or a lengthy stay. (You won't regret either one.)

Excellent location for cycling. Short drive from town located right on some of the best gravel routes in the sugar creek/Pea Ridge area. Rustic camp site with 30 amp hookup. Hosts were friendly and quick to address questions and solve a technical problem with the 30 amp service. Would definitely stay again.

This place was very peaceful.
It had 30A power and water but no sewage or garbage.
It’s not too far out of town, on a road that is very nice for gravel riding or running.
The only downside is that the gate to get in and out is kinda tight, so it’s not super easy to get in and out with my 28ft airstream.

Very cute spot! The cabin was super cosy. My favorite part was the camp kitchen! Bathrooms were nice and had an outhouse closer to camps for those who didn’t feel like walking. Hosts were very kind.

The field had a tree line easily seen Fire pit and firewood ready. The animals are all friendly and they everyone is great to work with. There is water available but it is really a dry camping location. Self contained is best camping but the place and people are fantastic. We had no complaints. We strung up a hammock and enjoyed the fire, lightening bugs and stars!

Really enjoyed staying here! This is primitive camping in a horse pasture, but the views are great (surrounded by horses and lots of stars on clear nights) and we really enjoyed the amenities. There is a hot tub in a green house, opportunities to feed horses, etc. We found a couple fun swimming holes nearby and enjoyed checking out some nearby roadside attractions like Red Oak.

I’ve tent camped here before and it is just wonderful :) this go around I brought my teardrop camper and due to my own problems had difficulty and couldn’t stay the whole time BUT I will MOST DEFINITELY be back!! These hosts are 1000/10, 5 star, totally recommend. A great stay right outside of Eureka Springs, beautiful views, and a great camp site over all!

This camp is located a few miles from Eureka Springs but feels very remote and private. The grounds were extremely lush (late June with a wet spring season) and absolutely beautiful, serene, and peaceful. It is a natural setting however the grounds are well kept, including the OMS trail! What a treasure! Highly recommend experiencing this phenomenal trail with the meditation stations each situated so well within the natural setting and with a laminated sheet giving some guidance and inspiration on a contemplative path to expanded consciousness with a strong reverence for Mother Gaia! I am just obsessed with my experience on the trail on alone! I camped in my tent 3 nights and this is one of my favorite hip camps! Clear communication with the host. Was as advertised! And way better! Super kind and laid back hosts, willing to assist with whatever! Campsite was private but short walk to well water spigot, short walk to delightful composting out house, and a short walk to the communal hot tub which is top notch-comfortable with excellent jets, hot water, no chemicals and clean! Privacy is respected! Nice outdoor shower with hot tub. Night sky is amazing! The views are beautiful! On the trail the land feels deeply sacred! It was super convenient that you can drive to your campsite! Pet friendly and my dog was living his best life there! I will definitely return and I highly recommend!

This camp spot was perfect!! I booked about an hour before I got there and was able to get to the campsite easily. Tom showed me in and where everything was and then I drove to my campsite.
The ugly comment that someone else left wasn't true for me at all. The dogs were very friendly and not scary at all.
It was a lovely experience and just what I needed.

This was a really pretty place just a 3 minute walk from the Kings River. There had been a lot of rain so for 1 of my 2 days I was the only camper. If the campsites had been full there would not have been privacy because the sites are narrow without any screening between sites. But all and all it was interesting and eclectic and right next to an outfitted if you want to do the river. I would definitely come back.

We stayed at Candida’s for 1 night. The horses and pasture area are beautiful. A table, 2 chairs and fire ring were provided. We got to help with grooming one of the horses during our stay! Candida is very nice and welcoming. My dog had a great time running through the field also.
