The main level living room has a twin sofa sleeper available, also. Both living rooms and the kitchen area have a TV with Roku and complimentary Netflix and Amazon subscriptions. Home has 2 full bathrooms, and an on-demand tankless water heater, so everyone gets a hot shower :) We do allow up to 2 dogs, but there will be a $75 non-refundable pet fee if approved. Please check if your furry friend is allowed. The backyard is not fenced in, so dogs must be on a leash when taken outside. There is a scooper and baggies in the garage to clean up after your pet. We do ask that you try to keep them off the furniture or put down sheets that are provided in the coat closet by the front door.
