The Weaverling House is a historic home, conveniently located along Route 30 in Everett, PA. This classic home was built in the 1800s and maintains its historic feel with modern amenities. The property is nestled in a wooded area for a great combination of accessibility and tranquility. Enjoy the shaded patio, glassed in porch, and comfortable living room areas. In the space surrounding, the home, we can accommodate tents or RVs with electric only hook up. All of our guests are welcome to use our recently installed HEATED POOL. Enjoy our beautiful courtyard around the pool and take a dip in the Aruba style fiberglass pool with tanning ledge. Pool depth is approximately 3.5-5 feet deep. The home can be rented entirely (4 bed, 3 baths) or by room. The master suite includes its own bathroom with shower and closet. One first floor bedroom has an accessible bathroom and two second floor bedrooms share a bathroom, also on the second floor. There is 10 wooded acres behind the home with ample space to hike and explore. The property is located across the road from the beautiful and scenic Juniata River if you love to spend time kayaking or fishing.

My husband, myself, our kids and grandkids all met up at this amazing farm just overnight for a wonderful and rare campfire get together, but wished we had stayed longer. The grandkids loved all the animals but especially Zeus, the big, super sweet dog of the property! The expansive property accommodates RVs well with plenty of space to be private yet camp amongst the animals. Our camp host greeted us, got us set up with power, and told us all about the workings of the farm and all that was available to us on the property. These extras that you don’t normally get at most Hipcamp properties was really cool! A barn with a restroom and gathering area where chili was available the night we were there along with many homemade and local goodies like shortbread cookies, honey, dried lavender sachets and produce for purchase. We happily donated a small amount toward taking care of the rescued animals on the farm. A couple of our kids and their families live in the area so we will definitely be back! I just loved this place. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. I just bought a 23ft travel trailer and this was my first stop on a 3 week trip. Its November so the place only had a couple campers that weren't seasonal residents campers. I had my 4 dogs so the campground put me away from anyone else which was great. My site backed the woods so it was a beautiful view out back. The staff helped me back my new camper in, and the spot I got was very big. I love little orleans, and the surrounding areas. Bills place never dissapoints and is a 5 min drive from the campground. I will definitely be back

Mason reached out to my wife and I days before our camping trip to inform us about camping at Grouseland. The day of, he messaged us for our ETA and then met us at the front entrance to guide us to our beautiful campsite. We stayed at the Aspen RV site. The hospitality, cleanliness and care that goes into Grouseland is impeccable. 12/10.

Beautiful, peaceful location with an incredibly friendly and responsive host! Getting to say hi to the very friendly dogs and kitten was a definite plus. Plenty of room to set up camp while still being a stone's throw away from the barn with a restroom & running water. All in all a tremendous experience!

Juanita's horse farm has plenty of room for RV and tent campers. I enjoyed the quiet country feel, the animals (her sweet dogs, the ducks and geese and the neighbors horse), and the solitude of walking her trails surrounded by autumn trees. The camp hosts are absolutely fantastic. Friendly, accommodating, and generous. They made me feel like family. The Comus Inn restaurant is a hidden jewel. There are lots of nearby areas to explore, breweries and wineries to sample, and the trails of Sugarloaf mountain are worth your time. I plan to return next year at this time.

Our stay at Mulehalla was great! Site 10 is even bigger than we expected. It's tucked back away from the other sites so has some privacy. The host was very responsive when we had a couple questions, even though we arrived late. Our dog loved exploring the campground and walking by the C&O.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Grouseland. Mason was a great host, he showed us our site and went over where everything was on a map. He and his family have amazing campsites with beautiful scenic overlooks. Their amenities all worked out perfectly - including your own private port a potty at each site (there’s also a camp house bathroom with shower - about a 5 min walk), picnic table, bench, charcoal grill, trash can, and string lights when it gets dark. It’s also a magical sight to see the mass amount of stars at night. We had a wonderful time and we will be back again. Thank you Mason and family for sharing your space.

Kevin is an awesome dude to talk to, and a highly flexible host. He took an extra careful look at the details of our reservation and suggested a change of campsite based on our proximity to other guests. Then, when things on site were different than what he had proposed and we set up camp in a different third spot, he showed up the next day and said "that's exactly what I would have suggested, so I'm glad you did it." The site itself is beautiful, and the location is both out of the way and convenient to nearby amenities. We had a great stay. Thanks Kevin!

I had electricity and was able to easily fill my talk. The hosts (Josh and Katie) are VERY welcoming. Juanita is delightful and very accommodating. The geese and ducks are great reminders you are on a farm and the horse next door is very friendly. I saw a deer most evenings. It was quiet and comfortable. Will return soon and next year at this same time.
