Chickens, pigs, other family pets also on property Your pets are welcome as long as they are friendly with ours. 30 amp, water, wifi. No sewer connection currently. Campfire pit (wood provided), picnic table. Trampoline and other activities for the kids. Splash pool during summer months. Close to Clark State Forestry, Just 1 mile from US 31, only a few minutes from I-65 Exit 19 or Exit 29. 25 minutes north of Louisville, KY* due to local demand, dates for Thunder Over Louisville and the Kentucky Derby are $40/night with a 2-night minimum.

There are three 30-amp camper hookups, two primitive camping cabins with electricity, and multiple tent sites—both with and without electrical access. The bathhouse contains two private flush toilets and one private shower. The north fork of Bean Blossom Creek runs through the center of the grounds, and a vehicle bridge connects the two camping areas. Water and electricity are provided, and firewood is available for a nominal charge.

Excellent! After all the chaos of freeway traffic for miles and hours, it was so nice to get just 5 miles off the beaten path to serenity. Nice level spot right next to the home. We never physically saw Jared or anyone, but there was no reason to as all his communication was the exact information we needed via text.

1 night at Honeysuckle Ridge

We were a bit hesitant as we had a 38ft motorhome with 3 slides towing a jeep. Jared was very upfront with the tightness of of the driveway. We decided to give it a go and all went very well. We did drive very slow an watched my satillite dish on top and didn't had any issues except for some smaller limbs. It was tight coming and going, but made it without any jogging back back and forth. Our MH is 12ft 6in tall. Like I said, slow and wide turns and it was fine. My Wife I loved the parking spot,,, Fire flies/lightening bugs and Banjo Frogs crocking through the night, Very cozy and private, host were very accomadating

Where to go

North Indiana

Indiana’s most Instagram-worthy landscapes can be found at the state’s northeastern boundary. Sloping dunes and sandy beaches line the southern shore of Lake Michigan, and Indiana Dunes National Park has tent and RV camping right by the beach. Further east, industrial towns pepper the road to Amish Country, where you can check into a rustic log cabin in the woods or camp by the lake in Chain O’Lakes State Park.

Central Indiana

Indiana’s central plains are dotted with laidback market towns, cornfields, and lakes. Indianapolis pulls in crowds for its summer motorsports events, most notably the famous Indy 500, but campers can easily escape the city for nearby Mccormick’s Creek State Park or Morgan-Monroe State Forest. Just to the south, Brown County is home to Monroe Lake, the state’s largest lake, hemmed in by Yellowwood State Forest and Brown County State Park.

Southern Indiana

Hilly southern Indiana is blanketed with woodlands, most notably the forested trails and canyons of Hoosier National Forest. Come in fall to hike against a backdrop of foliage or canoe along Sugar Creek, one of the state’s top paddling destinations. Further south, the Ohio River Scenic Byway draws adventurers to hike, paddle, camp, and fish.
