We have a nice private backyard for you to park your self contained camper. Ideal for a self contained campervan. Our space is really only big enough for rigs under 25 feet. We currently have a 23 ft Airstream Flying Cloud parked permanently in the backyard and also rent this out. Let us know if you'll need water, or electric while you are here.

Sweet Pepper Ranch is a horse ranch nestled between a town and country. We raise mustangs and Quarter Horses and teach the Western discipline of ranch riding. We manage our land in an eco-friendly horse manner--composting/manure management, non-toxic pest control, pasture management with rotational grazing, drought-tolerant native landscaping, mud and dust control, wildlife enhancement, equine enrichment--and more! We also offer farm tours, RV/LQ parking, and horse motel accommodations. Guests are invited to enjoy our solar heated pool, outdoor patios, wireless internet, evening bon fires (weather and time-permitting), horse farm tours (by appointment only, separate fee) and our friendly ranch atmosphere. Coffee and fresh, local bakery pastry included for breakfast, brought warm to your tent at about 7am. Learn more about this land: Sweet Pepper Ranch is a small-scale horse ranch in the high desert of southwestern Idaho. We are nestled in a rural agricultural setting yet close to stores and conveniences. We raise and train horses and work all day to exercise and train our horses as well as run the day-to-day aspects of running a large horse property. Our equestrian facilities include individual paddocks with attached runs (12’ x 52’), automatic waterers, feeders, rubber stall mats, a 200' x 300' outdoor sand arena, a 72’ x 120’ indoor arena, two round pens (one large), numerous trail obstacles, large-scale permanent outdoor obstacles, an outdoor washrack, as well as parking, port-a-potty, arena bleachers, and picnic table areas. Nearby activities abound from visiting rodeos and wineries to trail riding at sunset near waterfalls or hiking painted desert canyons. There are wildlife refuges to visit, hot springs to relax in, wilderness mountains to explore, scenic rivers to raft, railways to travel along--and North America’s largest concentration of breeding raptors to dazzle you. Luckily, we heard this property was coming on the market and we were able to work with the owners on purchasing before listing. Nestled on a small farm, we are just minutes from the Owyhee River where many find enjoyment fly fishing for football-sized brown trout, rainbows, and more. With 360-degree views from the property, we invite you to set up camp and enjoy. You can have your boat at the dock of the Owyhee Reservoir in 25 minutes - or simply take a drive to enjoy the views, paddleboard, fish, swim, hike, hunt, off-road, and more. You'll find a local hot spring along the way to the Reservoir. Local restaurants and grocery options are as close as 20 minutes, and one burger joint even delivers! The sunrise over the valley and sunset over Mitchell Butte and the Owyhee Mountains just cannot be beat. Occasional wind storms crop up, so be prepared for that! Gentle pets are welcome. In the early 1900's three sheep ranchers--August Broderson, James Fisher, and Isaac Leighton--each purchased residential lots in Weiser and built brick homes designed by Idaho architect H. W. Bond. This property, which we named Butterfield Farms, was built in 1915 by August Broderson, who emigrated from Germany to the US in 1892. The Broderson family lived here for decades and were a prominent family in Weiser history. Learn more about this land:The campsite is located on our small family-run farm in Weiser, ID. Our 2 1/2 acre historic farm is located in the heart of town, so you have the best of both worlds: easy access to town amenities, and a restful retreat in nature at the end of the day. Grocery store, seasonal farmer's market, coffee shop, eateries, library, and downtown shops are all within easy walking or biking distance. Weiser is known world-wide for its annual fiddle festival in June! Our campsite is within walking or biking distance of all of the Fiddle Week activities. Campsite is located underneath a large shady oak tree. Campers are welcome to use the fire pit when fire bans are not in effect. Electric hookups are located immediately next to the campsite, as well as a non-potable water source. Note that we are located in town and campers are required to observe quiet hours between 10pm and 8am and be courteous of neighbors.
