Beautiful views and lots to explore. Wasn't sure what areas were ok to roam freely due to other sites on the property. Unsure of the property layout but Slept great and felt safe aloha 🤙🏼

Perfect campsite, great location close to Kailua. Some mosquitoes, but not too bad. Very clean, spacious, and organized tent. Great bathroom and shower.

What a great host. In an environment that’s not camper friendly (Oahu), this place is a gem of a spot. Thank you for a good time! Oahu camper vanners beware. This isn’t a friendly island to camper vans so stay here!

Weekend Trip to Peaceful Tiny Home North Shore

I have no complaints! The house was cute, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect, with great views from the house and just a short drive to hiking trails, the beach, and Haleʻiwa town. Thank you!

Mangrove lounge was a 10/10! The host went above and beyond. It is on private property so make sure you respect their land. Such a great, peaceful location close to everything the north shore has to offer!

Me and my daughter felt super safe and it was an amazing place to stay at. The view is beautiful and the place is taken good care of. The shower was nice and hot, the mini fridge and stove were clean, and everything was overall clean and organized for us. Great place to stay and will be coming back in the future.

My family loved this spot! The hosts were super sweet. The location was fantastic and easy to get to. We opted for the covered picnic table and it was amazing! The host gave us recommendations of her favorite places and they were spot on. Overall, it was an absolutely wonderful time and we hope to return one day.

Had a great stay. Just enough off the grid to feel like you’re out there, but still very close to town. Maria was very helpful and made the whole process easy. Clean, great outdoor shower, and the deck made for amazing night time views. Definitely recommend!

1 night at Maleka Farm: Camper-van & Tent

We only stayed one night, but we were absolutely impressed by how beautiful the place is and the thoughtful structure it offers. The bathrooms were spotless and stocked with essentials like shampoo and soap, which was a nice touch. There’s also a communal area with a microwave, air fryer, and even battery-powered fans that run all night—super handy! We’ll definitely be back and next time we’re excited to try out the cabin they have on site. The host are amazing!

Weekend Trip to Sun Farm Hawaii @ Koko Head

I loved camping on Marco’s land! The Oahu Yurt was spacious and clean and so cute on the inside! We only stayed overnight so we didn’t explore the amenities but it looks like such a nice community there. So close to Koko head trail and Hanauma Bay as well! I would definitely stay here again, for more days this time :) thank you Marco!

We enjoyed the serenity, simplicity, and beauty of this peaceful place. Highlights include the early morning bird song chorus (including but not limited to roosters), the outdoor shower, the snail friends(please watch where you walk at night!), exploring the orchard, the mountain finally peeking out from under the clouds, being close to Waimanolo beach, the cribbage board, plenty of off grid solar powered electricity and battery storage to use my cpap.

This is a breathtaking space that our family has poured many decades and multiple generations into. We are surrounded by jungle, with a freshwater stream running through the entire property and unobstructed mountain views. If you’re especially sensitive to mosquitos, bugs, geckos, free roaming chickens or other elements to be expected in nature, this might not be the place for you. Waimanalo is a small agricultural town filled with nurseries, horse stables, and a high concentration of Hawaiian homes. It remains mostly undeveloped and authentic, and we aim to keep it that way. Outsiders do not often get the opportunity to stay back here, but we welcome respectful travelers looking for an authentic experience who can appreciate this privilege. While nestled against the mountains, we're just a five minute drive from the beach. We are fifteen minutes from Kailua town, where you'll find several grocery stores, shops, and restaurants. This is a working farm. While we are very hospitable, we are not in the business of hospitality. I am happy to accommodate travelers, but I am not here at your beck and call. If that is the experience you are seeking, I think you would be happier elsewhere. We appreciate all of your bookings, and profits go directly back into farm infrastructure and new fruit trees. Hau'ula Homestead

Welcome to Hau'ula Homestead! We are located on O‘ahu, the beautiful Hawaiian Island. Right across the road from Hau'ula Beach park and a short drive from famous North Shore beaches. Flat grass field with some trees and bordered by a stream. We have two RV/tent campsites available. If you are bringing an RV, we can accommodate vehicles up to 45ft in length. No hookups are available at this time, the sites are flat. Campfires not permitted. We are pet-friendly, but please keep your pets on leash. A toilet, potable water, and wifi are all available. Kokololio Beach Park is a 2-minute drive from the site. Hau'ula Loop Trail is only 4 minutes away. Kokololio Beach is a nice stretch of sand and during the summer months, swimming is possible. When coming from the south, turn left toward the mountain immediately before the long Hauula Beach park bridge or when coming from the north turn right immediately toward the mountain just after the long park bridge into my dirt driveway. You will have the small river on your righthand side as you drive in.
