The farm is beautiful, and the mountainview cabin truly delivers on its promise of a great view. We specifically selected this cabin because it is solar-powered, which helped reduce our travel carbon footprint.
The farm cat, Madonna, is incredibly friendly and was wonderful company during morning coffee and evenings on the porch. The kitchen was also fully equipped with everything we needed. The cabin was clean and comfortable.
The only issue we encountered was with the driving directions to the farm location. Before booking, I had asked if the farm was tricky to find after dark. The Google Maps pin (since there was no address) provided was inaccurate and led us to a nearby hemp farm instead. Since we arrived late at night, it was very difficult to navigate the dark dirt roads, and we quickly got lost. I am glad that Maria shared her phone number and answered our call quickly and was able to guide us to the farm. We would not have been able to find it otherwise. To help future guests avoid getting lost, it might be helpful to update the location pin or provide written directions (similar to what was shared over the phone with me) for arriving after dark. Also, providing the contact information ahead of time would be helpful too. If guests are staying for longer, providing an extra water jug will be appreciated.
Overall, we had a lovely time and enjoyed the peaceful space away from the crowds. Great hangout in North Shore, close to everything, and yet quiet.

Beautiful tiny house with amazing views. Barebones but has all the needed items to be comfy. Location is amazing, super close to the beach and town!

The place was clean and comfortable. Perfect size for my wife and I. The shower had good hot water and water pressure. Beautiful view out the front door of Mount Ka’ala, the tallest on Oahu. Walked around the property and identified at least seven different tropical fruit trees. The dirt road requires slow driving in a typical sedan, but everything else was wonderful. Would definitely book again and recommend it to others.

The place is absolutely amazing for nature lovers - immersed in the middle of green Hawaiian country site, peaceful and quiet. We loved the outside shower and small but fully equipped kitchen. The terrace with hammock and the view were extra treats. Fully recommended.

Very cute tiny house, we absolutely loved staying there. It has everything you need, well located, super clean and cosy.
Some reviews say there are some insects. There are mosquito nets everywhere, we didn’t have any issues with insects. Also, the tiny house is in the middle of nature so it only seems normal to see some insects now and then. :D

Absolutely amazing stay with Maria. From before the stay, to during the day, and beyond, she was such an amazing and responsive host. The space is magical and so thoughtfully curated to create a cozy stay off the grid. The amenities within the studio were impressive, clean, and very comfortable. Everything you need is there! Such a wonderful experience. Would recommend and would come back to this place time and time again.

Loved staying at the tiny home on Maria’s land, had everything I needed for the duration of my stay. Tiny house is well kept, quiet and peaceful. Would definitely stay here again.

Such a cute little tiny home on a relaxing plot of land. It has beautiful views and a very friendly and talkative kitty 😆 The outdoor shower was mildly annoying when I wanted to take a shower after a long day but it was raining outside so I couldn’t. Also the lack of lights in the outdoor shower is difficult; I had to shower by the light of my headlamp. There are also allot of bugs in the tiny house, so just be warned about that.

Maria was very easy to communicate with before our arrival and throughout our stay. Her home was comfortable and had everything we needed. As we spent the day out exploring and returned after sunset, it’s helpful to note that the outdoor shower can be quite dark at night, with the only light coming through the bathroom window inside the house. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated Maria’s hospitality.

The tiny home was great! Enough space for 2 with an amazing view. A great option away from the busy side of the island with plenty of beaches, hiking, and other activities nearby. There was even a very friendly cat that would hang out on the porch with us while we ate our dinners. Would definitely stay again!

This cabin is exactly as described. Really peaceful with almost everything you need. Outdoor hot water shower and such gorgeous views in the morning overlooking the mountain. Unfortunately the fan doesn’t provide must solace from the heat and a massive centipede took a bite of my baby toe in the middle of the night which was quite unpleasant for a few hours. So as described in the description do expect a lot of bugs. Maria was a fantastic and responsive host and if I came back I might just do a night or two.

We loved this little cabin. It’s in a quiet little area. Doesn’t take too long to drive to Haliewa; just under 10 minutes. There’s good kitchen facilities. As long as you have a car we found this to be an excellent base for us in north shore. The decking and view of the mountain is amazing.

The house is in a secluded, quiet setting. Magnificent views of the mountains from the back deck. It is a pleasant change from a generic room in a crowded hotel, surrounded by tourists.

We absolutely loved our stay!! The home was clean and cozy! The view was absolutely incredible!! Our host went over and beyond to accommodate us! She also gave clear directions which made it super easy to find the cabin! The outside shower was so peaceful and the water was hot! We would absolutely stay here again!!

There’s something whimsical about staying in this tiny home. Is it the peaceful porch overlooking the open farm and mountains? The comfort in its simplicity? The calm air away from the hustle and bustle? If that’s what you’re looking for, then this is it. I wish I could’ve stayed longer to enjoy stargazing while laying in the hammock. Its location is only minutes away from the beach and small town Haleiwa. The host provided clear directions and even recommendations for food and activities during my stay. I did have a visit from an eight-legged neighbor, but that’s just farm living. The home is well-maintained and provided for. Definitely worth staying here if visiting the North Shore.
