The backyard is shared, and a caretaker lives onsite. The ocean is unfenced—please supervise children closely. We provide beach gear and a starter supply kit with coffee, shampoo, dish soap, laundry detergent, and toilet paper. Guests replenish their own supplies after the initial set. This is a non-smoking, pet-free property. Quiet hours are 9 PM–8 AM. Guests are responsible for any damage or excessive cleaning.
