We had a short, but lovely stay at the lake. Fish were abundant, as were turtles, and a Great Blue Heron made an appearance. Bill and Laura are very warm and helpful.

Laura and Bill did an excellent job at making sure our needs were met. The grounds are on a small lake, it's very quiet and rustic. The bathrooms were clean and functional, the grouunds were clean. There were only a few other people booked that night, so we had our choice of spots and even moved a couple of times. Laura checked in on us a couple of times through the evening to make sure we had what we needed. It was my firs time camping in my Tesla, and this site was great for that. I live in Atlanta, so just wanted somewhere to get out of the city, take my dogs, and enjoy nature, and this hit the spot. Thanks Laura and Bill for a great stay!!

The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. I received a tour of the campsite and was able to pick my spot. Bill moved the picnic table to the area I chose to camp at. The property was clean although I was told there was no hot water in the shower. But it was so hot outside the cool water was welcoming. The land and sites are beautiful. Especially the sun setting and rising off the lake.

Roads need lots of work and low hanging branches aren’t good for big rigs. We managed to get our 42 ft with tow in but were very concerned about getting back out! No big problems, hit bottom a couple of times but managed to get through very tight gate at the exit without scratches on our rig. Lovely spot but obvious owner has lost interest. They mentioned it was for sale!!

Tiffany is a gracious host, and you can tell the land is cared for with intention. Highly recommend for campers, creatives, or anyone needing a reset.

This campsite was AWESOME!! Bill and the other host whose name I didn’t catch were hilarious and friendly, and the site was beautiful. The small trail was lovely and the sound of the cicadas and animals was so peaceful. Definitely recommend keeping up the “leave it better than you found it” policy.

very welcoming and accommodating hosts. It was a peaceful stay. Their goats are very cute. The peacocks are beautiful. At the time of our visit there was plenty of firewood and if you are a mushroom hunter, plenty of what I believe to be chanterelles.

Weekend Trip to Iremide Family Farm

Brittany was very responsive and understanding that I needed to check In later than the specified time. The campsite was INCREDIBLE and included a yurt, several grills, a fire ring, an outdoor shower and bathroom and plenty of woods to explore. 10/10 experience. Will be back next year!

The host was great and very accommodating. Laura took her time to offer us recommendations for eating, etc over the Memorial Day weekend. Aside from the mixed weather, everything went smoothly. We will look forward to visiting again sometime!

It was a fantastic place to stay. The view by the lake was beautiful and the huge pavilion covers picnic tables for a lot of people to gather. I would love to come back😄 The only thing I would recommend is to bring extra toilet paper as many people use there and it might be out of stock.

My wildlife camera has captured photos of deer, coyotes, foxes, opossums, raccoons and an occasional dog and cat from the neighborhood. We hope you will stop by and visit with us. We are a working aquaponics farm, located in Marion Co Georgia. From maps it shows that we are about 13 miles straight line distance from Columbus Georgia. That would be true if you could drive through Fort Moore, which you can't so in reality we are actually about 35 mins or 23 miles from Columbus. The drive is pleasant with very little traffic. Our campsite sits beyond the gate in front of our small farm/general store. There are rustic bathrooms with hot water, free WiFi and plenty to do! We encourage you to hike, bike, and explore. The store is not open at this time, and the Greenhouse is available by request. Deer, coyotes, wild hogs, and other creatures roam freely. Any pets must stay fully leashed at all times (see below). Our day starts early in the summer as we harvest for market. We make every effort to be very quiet, but the field crops are close to your camp site. We will never run a tractor until after 11am. You may hear the greenhouse fans kick on starting around 9am when the system starts warming up. Pets - Are welcome if contained on a leash at all times. Bathrooms - are located next to the store and a short walk from your tent site. Site - Is on level ground for tents campers RV vans and more. There is a fire pit, picnic table and water spigot. The water is not well water and comes from the county main water line. There is a main highway leading up to our gate so you do not have to off road to get to the property.

On our farm are free range chickens, peacocks, goats and a donkey in a pasture, turkeys (wild and domesticated), honeybees (in the field), and a few outdoor cats. We enjoy our animals and nature. Enjoy the peaceful nights and the sounds of nature and star lit skies. In the daytime check out our farm animals, walk the trails, or explore the woods. We are conveniently located less than two miles from a Dollar General, three miles from several restaurants right of I75, 8 miles to nearest Walmart, under 20 minutes to High Falls State Park, under 25 minutes to Dauset Trails Nature Center, and under 30 minutes to Indian Springs State Park. All of this located close to our property while being only 3 miles from the I75 on ramp at exit 205.

Located about 15 minutes from Senoia GA (for those walking dead fans), we have forest and field spots ideal for pitching a tent and enjoying our picturesque and unique property. Our hand raised resident turkeys and geese wander the property. so please keep dogs leashed during the day or until we lock up the birds for the evening.. Our famous rescue house cats “The Acro Cats” are frequently in their outdoor Catio and we can arrange a purrsonal visitation for a donation to our rescue. They love attention and may even perform a trick or two. Our “haunted theme” tour bus serves as a common area and has a kitchen, with a sink, microwave, toaster and refrigerator. There is also a large screen TV with a DVD player. WiFi is iffy and depends on the weather. There is also a bathroom with a toilet, sink and semi working shower. (Hoping to get it fully working). Soap and Hand sanitizer is also provided. The back of the bus is available for sleeping for an extra fee. It has 4 built in bunks and we can even provide overnight feline companionship with some of our foster kittens. We have one large fire pit area and a smaller portable one, depending on the site. Firewood can be scavenged in the forest or we can provide a bundle for a small fee. We have some lighting, but flashlights and headlamps are recommended since the terrain is uneven in some spaces. We have one spot that an RV or trailer can pull into as well. It is fairly level, but you may need to make adjustments. For tent sites we can run a standard electric cord out to you, depending on how close you are to the main house. Or you can use the common area for electrical needs.
