To the left of the first gate is the community area with toilet, grills, picnic tables, etc. Remember, your phone might not work near the river. If you're feeling extra adventurous, there are rope swings that let you swing over the river, and there are super cool places to splash around and swim, part of which, is in the Indian Fish Trap. So you can have a tasty meal with the sound of the river flowing in the background. Also we are within 5-10 minutes to stores, restaurant , etc. But wait, there's more excitement! The space You get the complete use of the whole house in the Innsbrook golf development in the city limits of Helen Georgia Guest access The development has a community pool, tennis courts and pickle ball courts. It’s right after you go through the guard gate. The guard can give you directions. It is in the section called the sports complex. They only area off-limits to guests is my locked owners closet. The rest of the house has complete access. Other things to note Questions I get occasionally from guests: one bedroom is on the main level. Once you get in the house it requires no additional stairs. 3 bedrooms have queen beds, the master has a king and except the lift has a daybed with a pop up trundle., usually it is set as twin beds. I have put the two together to make one king. The fireplace is a gas fireplace. The barbecue grill is charcoal. Ciffevmakers: 2 drip one keurig. Filters included bring your own coffee
