Our stay absolutely exceeded my expectations! What a beautiful, calming, and hospitable animal sanctuary/farm experience. Every Friday and Saturday night they light a fire and had marshmallows and sticks already sitting out. There were so many small touches that made the stay just extra special for me and my 6 year old daughter. 100% will stay again!

My son and I got there later than we would have liked and had to leave early, but we absolutely loved Kokomo Farms! The tiny house was amazing and we’ve talked to quite a few people since leaving and told them all about it, and even helped a few people to download hipcamp so they can see for themselves and hopefully book a stay. The bed was very comfortable, the little fireplace heater kept us warm, the shower was amazing and the water pressure was great! My son is ready to come back asap and I’ve told him I’ll look into getting is back there as soon as I can. If you have to chance to book at Kokomo Farms just do it, I’d imagine all the stays there are great and comfortable!

1 night at Kokomo Farms
We had a wonderful short stay at Kokomo in the cabin in the woods. We loved feeding the horses and the chickens and eating breakfast with fresh eggs on the porch with the cats. Lots of nature to experience in the area. We visited Charles Spring and the "Bridge to Nowhere " in Live Oak. Trudy was a wonderful host. Highly recommend this wonderful farmstay.
