Hello Campers, We are a 125 acre property that has 36 holes of championship disc golf. The North Oconee River runs through our property as well as three ponds throughout. We have plenty of room to pitch your tents. It really depends on how far you would like to be from the bathhouse. We are 6 miles from Lake Lanier and the Chattahooce River, and a short drive to hiking/mountain biking trail heads. We have a wonderful bathhouse with restrooms, showers and laundry just a very short walk from our sites (maintained by the staff at the park). We're also pet-friendly and love our furry campers! Just add the pet fee for each pet in the extras section at check out or send us an email letting us know ahead of time and we will get that added. One of our goats lost an eye once to a dog, and she's never fully forgiven me. ) We have several housemates, so parking is limited to street parking (one vehicle for you).  Amenities on-site- Animal cuddling. Hello Campers, We are a 125 acre property that has 36 holes of championship disc golf. The North Oconee River runs through our property as well as three ponds throughout. We have plenty of room to pitch your tents. It really depends on how far you would like to be from the bathhouse. We are 6 miles from Lake Lanier and the Chattahooce River, and a short drive to hiking/mountain biking trail heads. For site number 3 (the one my wife and I stayed at) it was an easy back in to get our 45 toy hauler into the site. Sites 1 and 2 may have presented a challenge for our size rig but they are very spacious. All of the sites that is. Entry and exit of the park was easy and straight forward. We loved the close proximity to family in the area especially for our Thanksgiving stay. There was one limb that was touching the back corner of our roof and with a simple call to William, the issue was resolved quickly with a quick cut from his pole saw. We definitely plan to return to Deer Valley RV in the future. Thank you William!

Doni was an incredibly gracious and kind host who went above and beyond to be helpful! The property was perfect for our single night trip, and there seem to be several different sites available depending on what you’re looking for. The spot we selected had a fire ring, had enough room for several tents, and felt secluded even though it was just a 3 minute walk back to our vehicles. There is some road noise at night you can hear, but otherwise we had a wonderful time. We had some success fishing as well along the river, which was quite exciting. The paddle board was fun as well. Would love to come back with a larger group.

However, to Aaron's credit, he has chosen NOT to develop his gorgeous property and keep it pristine and instead turn it into an RV haven. Coming in from the highway with a large rig, it was a little nerve wracking coming in through town and into his property, but if I can fit ANYONE can fit. Lots of separation from others. Wonderful space.

Our six-acre solar-powered goat farm is a quiet and peaceful slice of paradise away from the chaos and noise but close to so many places to adventure. Winter is here and our Upper RV Pad has 30 amp service to help keep you warm. Temperatures generally recover in March, so unless you want to dress for sub 40 degrees, we'll see you in the Spring! Feed and play with the goats, picnic along our grass-covered brook, hang out around the large fire pit, and rejuvenate while being close to the many Smoky and Blue Ridge Mountain activities. We have two custom-built RV pads with 15 and 30-amp service plus water and four grass tent locations overlooking a small brook in a forest-shaded park-like setting. Internet is provided by Starlink Business - high speed, low latency, and great for remote workers. We provide solid service throughout the entire property. Work from the top of a mountain!! IP service is available throughout the property - perfect for Van Life or van living. 300-500 down and at least 20-30 up!! Nearby are numerous towns, festivals, hiking trails, lakes, waterfalls, and other outdoor activities such as tubing, white water rafting, and boating. If you want to chill, you can check out a local swimming hole. We have several options for our guests at the farm, including a small zipline, farm activities, loop trail, spring trail, Saturday outdoor movies (on request), and our petting area where you can interact with very friendly goats. RV/CAR/VANLIFE We can help by recommending and using local mechanics, on-site RV repair (they come to us), solar and power troubleshooting, and good old-fashioned southern kindness.
