Site is in our side/back yard with 30 amp hookup and access to water hookup if needed. We are located in a very rural area off the main highways so there is not a lot of traffic or noise. We are less than 15 miles from I-16 in the middle Georgia area. We are located less than 10 miles from the Hugh Gillis Public Fishing area and less than 15 miles from the Oconee River. We are also with a few miles of several wildlife management areas. The largest town around is Dublin which is about 15 miles away. Additionally we are within just a few miles of the small town of Adrian which has a gas station and Dollar General for necessities.

We are an Arabian Horse Discovery Farm which trains horses and riders to show in many different riding styles expressing the versatility of the Arabian horse! The back of our farm runs along the Echeconnee Creek which was once inhabited by Native Americans. We have found many arrow and spearheads here and we are just 20 minutes from the Ocmulgee Indian Mounds where they host a festival each September. BRING YOUR HORSES TO RIDE THE TRAILS! The Echeconnee swamp is home to Blue Herons, Snowy Egrets and Bald Eagles among many other species of Wildlife. Our 86 acres of lush shady Bridle paths wind along the creek with tributaries to splash through on hot days. Enjoy the flora and fauna of Georgia's rich bottom lands and huge virgin hardwoods. Mushroom hunters PARADISE with golden Chanterelles, Lions Mane and Oyster mushrooms are abundant! Feel free to harvest whatever the land provides as a perk for your stay! For the ghost hunters~ many boarders and neighbors have seen a floating lady in a long white dress.. we call her the "white witch". She has always felt friendly. Often when traversing the trails at night we have found areas with severe temperature drops. We are far enough away from town to have spectacular viewing of stars and planets for the astronomy buffs! Experience the life on an Arabian show horse facility for a few days! We have 20 am electrical hook up, hot and cold water in the horses wash racks. a public restroom with sink/toilet. We have a charcoal grill, and a fire pit. Feel free to gather wood from anywhere on the property for the fire pit. Bring charcoal lighter to get the fire going unless you are a primitive survivalist. WE ALSO HAVE A PLAYGROUND FOR SMALL CHILDREN! We do NOT have a public shower but the Love's station is 3 miles away and they have several super nice showers available at their truck stop! The barn lounge has a full size fridge and microwave, ceiling fan for relaxing and watching the lessons and horse training! Sign up for a few lessons while you are here! (when an instructor has an opening, must book in advance) Bring your own horses and ride the trails! **warning** there are a few weeks mid summer in the South when the deer flies are swarming and the trails are not good for riding horses! Meet our beautiful Friesian stallion! INCREDIBLE photo ops! We have huge open spaces for turning large RV's and horse trailers with living quarters around and many huge shade trees to park under. WE DO NOT HAVE 30amp electrical hook ups but have had many large RV's turn off their hot water heaters and use propane on their fridges and the 20 amp circuit was plenty to power the rest of their RV. Fiber optic wifi coming March 8th 2024 for better wifi service!

Good access for whatever size towable or drivable camper/RV you have. Plenty of great spots for primitive camping as well. Dumpster on site for trash. Well water available by food grade IBC tote and automatic pump - Can use on demand or connect to your RV. No pump out options. Toombs county is a very free county, and with that you will hear freedom in the distance from hunters, dogs, etc. We offer Wilderness First Aid and CPR/First Aid training onsite. Camping is free/included with the purchase of a full, multi day Wilderness First Aid class. Skoolies welcome. Someone is on site and available 24/7 for any issues or needs. We are off a rarely maintained county dirt road FYI. If you are high maintenance, this isn’t the place for you. Bring a 5 gallon bucket, bucket toilet seat, bags and wipes and you will likely be a happy camper. May be open to some longer term visitors. Great place for a travel nurse with pets. We can ensure they are cared for/walked while you are working.
