Weekend Trip to "Sweet Tupelo" on the "Big River"!

I loved this camping spot in Bristol, Florida. I stayed in site 3 which was huge! I had an amazing view of the river. They had full electric which is important in Florida in the spring and summer. I really loved all the extra touches, like bees on the signs and climbing bush planted at my spot. It was all well thought out. The bird songs that morning make me smile.

7 nights at Sunset Isle - Carrabelle, Florida

Excellent site - paved, level, quiet and secure. Came with a boat slip on the Carabelle river too. Friendly campers , beautiful pool, cook shack and convenient to great fishing. We’ll be back soon.

We thoroughly enjoyed our return trip to Sweet Tupelo! We have had the pleasure of staying at Site 1 and Site 3 - Site 3 is our new favorite spot! Spacious, well kept, beautiful views, quiet and peaceful camping. The grandchildren really enjoyed their hammock time and playing at the nearby park! It was a wonderful extended weekend getaway and Glenn is a top notch, very accommodating host! Looking forward to our next stay very soon!

Weekend Trip to It's Creek Time - Howard Creek

Great spot! I unfortunately couldn’t arrive until almost midnight but I was able to get in and set up without any issues. The fenced in space was perfect for my dog to roam around. I loved the picnic area with lots of room to make and prepare food. Using the outdoor shower in the morning sun was lovely. If I’m in the area I will absolutely book this spot again!

It was quiet and peaceful. Plenty of shade trees. The grounds were well kept and driving in and out was easy. This is a perfect camp stop. Next time I’m bringing my boat. We Loved the grill and fire pit. The host was easy to get in touch with for questions. We’ll be back.

When you first drive in everything is clean and in place. Site was concrete and level. Lot 15 was taken by owners so they upgraded me to lot 13 and it was there larges lot. Close to the pool and you have river view. The communication was spot on when I had a question, they responded with in mins. Looking forward to our next trip west and will book as an overnight.

I have camped here before . The sites are very large and set on a bluff overlooking a nice river. Water/electricity hook ups. Very wide pull thru View is awesome and serene, quiet. Everything you need. Glenn is a great host. If you’re looking for a peaceful and relaxing get away, this is it.

Camping on Glenns land was awesome. Beautiful view and nice and quit. If your in the area come see for yourself .

2 nights at Port Saint Joe RV Resort

The campground was very clean and well maintained. From our spot (17) we could see the bay on the drivers side. There is a nice playground with a large wooden ship and swings next to a dog park. These are located at the back of the campground away from the road. The pool was lovely and there was a large covered area with nice chairs and several things to warm with if it became cold. The bathrooms were large and well maintained. There is a launderette if you need it. The staff was patient and attentive. When I arrived my picnic table was missing and within 30 minutes I had a table. St. Joe proper is 3 minutes away and the public beach is 4 minutes away. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay! It was so quaint and relaxing. We stayed in a tent and it was a perfect place for it. The river was beautiful and quiet. The view from the site is amazing. We brought our 2 dogs and they also had a great time! I loved the amount of furniture that was there, definitely enough room for a big group if you choose. Water and power super conveniently close as well! We only traveled about an hour to stay so we will definitely be back!!

By far one of the best camp spots in the world! We LOVE coming to Sweet Tupelo, it’s always pristine and so well cared for. We’ve now stayed in all 3 spots offered and you can’t beat them. We try to get here at least a couple of time a year, wish it was more often… Can’t wait for our next visit to this outstanding HipCamp!

Great place to camp and spend time! Quiet and quaint community that makes you feel at home. The site had all the amenities you need rather it be for a camper or primitive. The hosts are very helpful with any needs you may have. Will definitely book again!

Beautiful campground with great views. Lots of room and our dogs were very happy there too. A bit tricky to get out for us. The ground was a bit soft from the rain. Huge fire pit with great seating and tables.

We went camping at sweet Tupelo for 4 nights! What a beautiful surroundings! We were a party of 8 with a 36ft even, a tent, 2 vehicles and a boat on a trailer and still had space and this site was huge!!! The owner Glenn was an amazing communicator, giving us tips and places to go ! So kind !! Prompt response! Honestly we have been camping for over 20 years and he was the best host and owner I’ve ever dealt with!!! I recommend this to anyone! You will fall I love
