Now that my children are gone, I am extending my residence for family reunions and church groups on a limited basis due to homestead exemptions as this is my private full time residence.

 This property is available on a first come, first serve basis,

exclusive to 1 group at a time.

I am a retired Army veteran and a custodian of nature, I am willing to share my hard work, the solace of nature and this beautiful

natural estate.

We have over 3000 beautiful oak trees and tons of accommodations for your stay including: full outdoor kitchen, onsite

outdoor covered patio with a bar,

shooting range, live free range chicken eggs, and all the privacy desired. Say hi to our goats and hogs on the land, and feel free to use the land to bring toys, boats, etc. We have access to a special sunset tower, as seen in photos,

accessible by request.

Welcome to Bohemian Freedom Park! We’re excited to welcome you to our property, which is just under 8 acres. Our space is totally private, fenced in, and features a clean swimming hole with a beach!&nbsp;

About the property

Our property is near Kissimmee Prairie Preserve State Park and Lake Okeechobee.&nbsp;

If you’re looking for places to visit for the day or services nearby, you can head to Okeechobee, which is only 20 min away.&nbsp;Lake Placid is only 40 min, Vero Beach is only 1 hr, and Melbourne is 1 hr 30 min.&nbsp;

All of the listed&nbsp;locations offer great opportunities for fishing, hunting, swimming, and beach hangouts. Each of the sites allows for watching the livestock, hanging out at the watering hole, and sitting around the communal campfire.

Our favorite things about our property are privacy, amenities, and all of the roaming mini livestock throughout the property!

Your hosts do not live onsite however, will be available to you during your visit. We are friendly and as non-invasive as we can be. We do love meeting our guests and are available for any questions that come up. Our primary purpose when developing this property was to create a safe space for children with special needs and their families. We are a no judgment zone and adhere to Hipcamp's inclusion policy.

About the listing:

This listing is for a day trip, or a back-to-your-roots, overnight tent camping trip. Guests will choose their dry-camping location after a tour of the property. 

We allow a maximum of 2 tents and 7 people per overnight stay.

Area 61 is a natural 5 acre property with a creek that feeds into the Peace River.  We have many different types of wild life that visit including white tail deer, turkeys, alligators, otters, armadillos and all types of birds including owls.

We also have access to the Peace River for canoeing and kayaking trips.

Along the creek we also have several terraced waterfalls that provide a wonderful wetland area for the wildlife.
