This property is home to a farm/nursery operation and has a large pond on the west side. The pond is Spring-fed at the headwaters of Marsh Branch Creek which begins at our property and flows West about five miles in to Tampa Bay.
Approximately 33 private acres allows for plenty of space between our campsites.
Property is home to a farm with hundreds of fruit trees- Lychee, Mango, Starfruit, Papaya, Guava). Red Mombin, and thousands of banana plants.
Fishing can be great, wildlife and bird watching too.
Fenced and gated for safety, this old historic nursery property has good vibes and plenty to offer. Until you see it - you really may not understand.
Parts of property are wide open, other areas are rugged and difficult to walk through including some wetland areas.
The nursery has plenty of trees, and some fields -the large pond is surrounded by cattails and marsh/wetlands and has fish (Bass, Tilapia, Sunfish, Catfish).
Several species of wildlife have been seen on the property.

St. Pete Beach, Clearwater Beach, Pass-a-Grille Beach (and countless more), the Manatee Viewing Center and the Skyway Fishing Pier (longest fishing pier in the world) are about 30-45 mins away! Venice and Casperson Beach- the shark tooth capital of the world- is less than a hour drive from us! Come and go as you please! Safe and welcoming neighborhood. Park your vehicle in the driveway just feet from the RV. Mandy and Beau were such gracious and welcoming hosts. They ensured that we had everything we needed and were very responsive. The space was clean, stocked with kitchen necessities, and well maintained. The area was stellar as it is a short drive to the beach and has a cute downtown area with plenty of dining options. I had a wonderful stay! The area was perfect with lots of restaurants nearby and a Publix within walking distance. There's a farmers market on the weekends around the corner. The camper was great with a comfortable bed, kitchen appliances, air conditioning. Lots of nearby beaches and plenty of things to do and see. I would highly recommend and I will definitely be staying here again.

Check in was quick and easy at the entrance, we were escorted to our site, and the accommodations for us and our pets were excellent. The trailer was clean and well equipped, including kitchen equipment, fresh towels, and linens. The WiFi worked well, and there was a good selection of cable channels on tv. There was such a large choice of amenities in the park that most people could stay busy. There is an indoor and outdoor pool, fitness center, activities throughout the day, and walking trails all over the park. Additionally there is an on site restaurant next to the pool to pick up a quick meal. Would definitely stay there again. Check out was a simple task of dropping off the key.

Loved this place....very nice inviting people that made sure everything went well and we had whatever we needed. Great looking house and well kept property. Camper was clean and up to date and stocked with dishes and silverware and pots and frying pans, coffee maker and coffee in the fridge, air conditioned, hot and very cold water, shower...very comfortable. Will deffinately be back, money well spent.

We loved our stay at cocoanut camper. Very clean and cozy, plenty of space. Relaxing and romantic and great location, easy to find, great host. They had bicycles right there, a really nice pool, right in the middle of town easy to walk or bike to nearby shops and restraunts. We would definitly come again and recommend!

My daughter and I had the best time staying in the Cocoanut Camper. We loved it. Bed was comfy. Everything works. The property is charming and feels very safe. The location could not be better--we were a block from Englewood's best shops and restaurants. The host was super nice. Would highly recommend!

Maria’s tiny home was perfect. Everything we needed was there. It was close to many sights, shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend if you are looking for the glamping experience around Bradenton, consider this tiny home. Only downside was our GPS took us to an old route, but we were able to get back on track. So if your GPS takes you to Chateau Ln Way, don’t take it, the correct street is 3rd St W.

Weekend Trip to Coco Plum
Ancelin and Aaron have served up the best of glamorous camping at Coco Plum. With a thatched roof and three walls you have have indoor privacy while still feeling very much outdoors. It really seems like they have thought of everything and have put a lot of love and attention to detail into this place. You are sharing their property and they are extremely gracious and warm hosts, welcoming you to use the pool, hot tub, boats and bikes. This is a place for nature lovers and nature is there in abundance, so if you are uncomfortable with critters, including snakes, spiders, wasps, and mice, this stay is not for you. If on the other hand you love critters, you will be spoiled here and like me, probably not want to leave.

Weekend Trip to By the Pond...
We loved our stay in the camper! The site is located on a farm which was really neat and we were able to see baby chickens and pet pigs! We stayed in a non-fruiting season (just missed starfruit) so we weren't able to get fruit but if you're lucky enough to stay when the trees are fruitful the owner was so kind to share! We slept soundly and accessed the farm by opening and closing the gates at the entrance was easy! There are so many fun things nearby, and not too far from downtown Tampa. Definitely would stay again!
