Every convenience an RVer could ask for is within 10 minutes and many are walkable. Pets are welcome and will enjoy the oversized 90’ x 45’ lot. Plenty of parking for your tow vehicle and there is even a Ford dealership with Service department in walking distance should you need to have some maintenance taken care off. A featured walking path located across the street, nearby state parks and beaches. We are a full time traveling family and we created this RV lot to be everything we want when we stay here. *PLEASE NOTE* we are on a busy street that leads to the beaches and shopping so backing into the lot can be intimidating to newer RVers. Traffic is lighter after 6, so if the lot is empty you can arrange to arrive the night before your check in at no extra charge if this concerns you For monthly rates, please book and I will adjust to the correct rate based on the length of stay. Mornings are filled with birdsong, and you may see Sandhill Cranes, Ospreys, White Ibis, or even a Roseate Spoonbill -- and of course the rabbits, lizards and monarch butterflies that also enjoy this special little slice of paradise. We live in the house next door to the campsite, and you'll likely see Ryan around the property working during your stay. What a mesmerizing weekend get away. I'll start by saying that A.J was very responsive to all my questions (and I had many); he was very informative and understanding to all my concerns before getting into the property. The place was just so beautiful and peaceful that we decided not to leave the property at all. We walked around and found a nice pond with a "teenage" alligator; we named him "Mr lonely" because well, he was lonely... lol During the morning, we woke up early to see the sunrise, cooked breakfast in the grill, and sat in the hammocks enjoying the lovely scenery and tranquil atmosphere that this place brings. During afternoon hours, we walked around exploring the property; we saw wild rabbits, possums, beautiful butterflies, and of course, “Mr. Lonely; we sat by the pond for a while enjoying the beauty of nature. In the evening, we cooked dinner, sat by the fire pit, made s'mores, enjoyed the clear skies and the weather. Lastly, our dog was in heaven! He ran and wondered around all over the place. We will definitely be back to this lovey unique place.

Maria’s tiny home was perfect. Everything we needed was there. It was close to many sights, shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend if you are looking for the glamping experience around Bradenton, consider this tiny home. Only downside was our GPS took us to an old route, but we were able to get back on track. So if your GPS takes you to Chateau Ln Way, don’t take it, the correct street is 3rd St W.

We had a wonderful stay at this RV campsite! The site was fully equipped with 50 amp electric, water, and sewer hookups that worked perfectly. The fully fenced-in yard with a locking gate gave us a nice sense of privacy and security, and the shed on site was a helpful bonus for storing items. It’s located on a busy road, and backing in was a little tricky, but it was manageable, and once we were settled in, we really appreciated the space and setup. It was a quiet, comfortable spot, and we’ll definitely stay here again!

Everything was perfect, and we lucked out with some cool weather. The tent was large but still cozy. We enjoyed exploring the property, which has lots of large oak trees to lie in the shade and open areas to run around The dog loved being off leash, and my 4 year olds had a great first camping experience. They absolutely loved the swings. Thank you, Aj for providing such a magical experience.

One of the best stays we have had!! The lot is amazing, full fenced in yard! We went to the ymca just a mile down the road. The beaches are close, stores are close. Loved the farmers market on Dearborn. If you haven’t been shark tooth hunting. Check out shark frenzy to get all the information you need to do it. Crystal was great, she answered quickly to any questions we had. Also shared some local events going on!! Hoping to spend a month here next time!

We really enjoyed being able to have our dog off leash and free to just be. The site is nice, has everything you need in regard to hookups. The street is busy but our RV has noise control so it was not an issue for us. Crystal was very responsive when we reached out.

I loved the little retreat! It was all that camping is with the luxuries of home. We had A/C during the day, and heat during the cold night. A beautiful rain shower and bathroom. The tent itself is like stepping into a dream bedroom. King sized bed, and he set up a queen sized air mattress for my kids. There was still PLENTY of room for activities. The mini fridge held 3 days worth of fresh food. The keurig was a nice touch. I loved having the option to cook on the fire pit with the grill grate, or in the blackstone as well. All in all a wonderful experience.

There are many owls, raptors, green parrots, purple martins and osprey overhead as we’re just a few blocks from the beautiful Boyd Hill Nature Preserve. - not to be missed! Red Mombin, and thousands of banana plants. Fishing can be great, wildlife and bird watching too. Fenced and gated for safety, this old historic nursery property has good vibes and plenty to offer. Until you see it - you really may not understand. Parts of property are wide open, other areas are rugged and difficult to walk through including some wetland areas. The nursery has plenty of trees, and some fields -the large pond is surrounded by cattails and marsh/wetlands and has fish (Bass, Tilapia, Sunfish, Catfish). Several species of wildlife have been seen on the property. We think the property is lovely, and definitely want you to enjoy your camping experience!
