Taste of Old Florida

A small but unique piece of land that was given to a family in the 1920s by the Florida Railroad Company. It stayed in the family until we purchased it. It is unique because the surrounding area does not have much tree coverage. This is
due to the ground underneath, which is a vein of grey marl. This is why the area is called the Allapattah (an Indian word for Alligator) Flats.

We are hoping that our county stays the way it is so people will know what Old Florida really looks like.

Minutes from I-95, but surrounded by the Allapattah Flats Wildlife Management Preserve. Located on Martin Hwy, which was recently designated as a Florida Scenic Hwy. Fifteen minutes to Stuart and thirty minutes to West Palm Beach, a world away from the hustle and bustle.

We realize that people also love Florida for Disney and tropical paradises but if that is what you want than this may not be your kind of place.

100 acres of Florida land. 20 acres of primitive and the rest is a working farm with horses and cows. Arena, lodge, bathrooms, laundry room, and lots of green grass.

Stalls are available upon request. 
 NO SMALL CHILDREN. 10 YRS AND OVER.
CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED BY AN ADULT AT ALL TIMES.
PLEASE DO NOT START A CAMP FIRE BEFORE CHECKING WITH MANAGMENT.
IF YOU USE THE LODGE, PLEASE CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELVES AND TURN OFF LIGHTS.
NO DOGS AROUND THE BARNS OR THE HORSES.
DO NOT FEED HORSES ANYTHING.

The main lodge has a really cool back porch area. Scenic and comfortable.

Summer Crush is the culmination of decades of growing experience coupled with years of vineyard and winery planning and development by owner/vintner Gary Roberts. The winery and its name integrate the sun and fun of Florida and the Roberts' Family's interests in all things tropical and water. Take a book leave a book - book box, Free camper supply cabinet – take what you need and leave what you don’t.  Festival Area with Lawn games, a Disc Golf Course through the vineyard, Pond, "Dock" and Picnic Areas. 

Small above ground fire pits allowed. We offer a fire pit rental for a nightly fee and firewood and ice are available for purchase.

Well behaved Pet(s) are allowed for your stay - ALWAYS on leash. ALWAYS pick up after your pet(s). Pets are not allowed in the Tasting Room or Pavilion.

CHILDREN MUST REMAIN WITH PARENTS AT ALL TIMES.

We allow closed frame inverter generators. We do not allow open cage generators.

o WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT STAYING AT SUMMER CRUSH o

We are a 36 acre working Florida Farm Winery and certified Agri-Tourism Farm and Nursery, as well as a well-known live music entertainment venue. The weekends can be busy, especially in season with our more popular events. If live music and other campers here are not a fit for you, we recommend visiting us on a weekday or off-season. But please know the camp sites are far from music stage, pavilion, and festival area, and the music is usually ONLY during the afternoons and over by 4pm, so the evenings are quiet. Many of our  customers come back several times a year for our weekend entertainment.

 After requests from our campers over the years, we do now offer upgraded power/water sites for a nightly fee.

Since we are a working farm property, there may be farm activity early some mornings, usually weekdays. We want you to know all this when deciding if we are a good fit for you to visit.
