We bought a school house! Our long-term plan is to build out a full campground on the property, but in the interim we will be offering boondocking. While we are under construction on the outdoor space, the main building that we have converted into a coworking space is available for our guests to use from the hours of 9AM - 6PM. Unfortunately, we are on old agricultural land so the sites are in the direct sun during the day. Please be aware that it gets hot out here in the summer and take this into consideration when booking your stay with us. Please note that there is only one camping structure allowed per site (one tent, one rv, one van, etc.). Since we are under construction we ask that you use caution when pulling into the lot. Terrific! The spot is 10 minutes from Durango and far enough from the owners home that it felt private. And there are endless acres of forest for the dogs to explore. We had no problem accessing the site in our rwd Ford Transit. Verizon signal was adequate. Tree coverage made starlink useless.

Stayed for 2 nights in this hipcamp and wished we could have stayed longer! Host was great and our site was perfect. They have a great location near Montrose and Black Canyon of the Gunnison. We just drove cross country and the bathroom/shower were better than any other campsite we have stayed at so far. Site we had was very level and we loved being right next to their pond. Would definitely consider staying again if we come back to the area!

Beautiful spot in the hills above Durango! Directions were clear, site was level, firepit and utilities all as advertised. We drove a 2 WD Ram Class B and had no issues accessing. Will stay here again when we are in Durango next. :)

I found this camp at the last minute, while pulled over on the side of the road. It was awesome! The owner came and showed me around and advised me on working the hot shower. There.was a pond, total privacy, with everything I needed. It was lovely and I would definitely recommend staying at CampV!

Very convenient from Durango, and along a great route to Bayfield. Gravel road with switchbacks - fine with a 21' camper van, just take it slow. Wooded lot. Fairly private RV pad, past the house. Friendly resident dogs. Elect and water at site, dump access near house.

This place is very beautiful! The hosts were very kind and helpful. It is a very peaceful place and not too far from Telluride. I drained my car battery on accident and they gave me a jump in the morning! Next time I am in the area I will definitely go back!

The Campers Hub is quite simple now, just nice gravel sites with electrical hookups. The workspace is clean and open, with great WiFi that reached easily to my campsite. There is obvious potential for this to become a great RV park as amenities are added. And the night sky is incredible.
