We are campers ourselves so, we get it! If you're someone who loves camping, glamping or pitching a tent and need a place, we are here for you! We are just 5.4 miles from the NEW Ford Amphitheatre venue. 3 miles from our NEW grocery store. We are on the property ourselves. We are right off a main road with easy access to town, yet you will feel you are in the woods surrounded by nature. We don't have hookups but we do have a water pump and a basic electrical outlet if you need. There's a large firepit that you're welcome to use if there isn't a fire ban in place. The property is fenced and the spot is level. If you need a bit more privacy or a place for additional guests, we have a small cabin that is also for rent on the property! The neighborhood was cute and quaint. You have a private space with a walking trail in your back yard. The RV is decorated with wood fairies in mind...loved that! We stayed two nights and were happy with having a space that was close to the city because everything was easy to get to. I never met Lauryn, but she was responsive and had an amazing list of recommendations for us to do! Thanks for the stay and Denver is one of my Favorite Cities!!

Both the dog and I enjoyed the lazy day and the short walk down the road at dusk to see the large congregation of horses. Plus we had a visit from some wild turkeys. I especially appreciated having the private portable-camp-toilet-in-tent not far off. The equipment was very easy to use. I'm at an age where nature can call at all hours day and night: so this made the stay especially comfortable and worry-free.

Great host and some pretty killer views! Andy has worked hard at providing a lot for his guests. Outdoor furniture and shade canopies for tent campers and RVers too. We were headed west and wanted a one night stay near Denver. Worked out perfectly for us. Will stay here again if ever passing through. FYI, there is a great grocery store in Bennett, King Soopers, where we could restock everything for our trip.

The camper had such a cute aesthetic! It was cozy, comfortable, and even had a microwave and mini fridge, which was a nice surprise. Very homey feel with mugs, glassware, plates, bowls, silverware, and coffee makers provided. The local suggestions were a thoughtful touch, and the location was great—close to plenty of spots for food and coffee.

This was a great spot for the tail end of our trip as it was close/convenient for a quick morning drive to the airport! Andy was super kind and very responsive and helpful in getting us to the correct spot. He reached out in advance about our ETA and was willing to accommodate a late check in, which we didn’t end up needing, but the flexibility is appreciated! The campsite and portapotty was in pristine condition. The site included a patio table/chairs and little lights that stayed on through the night. The stars were so bright — wish we had more time to hangout here! Thanks for having us, Andy! :)
