You can open camp here and be completely off-grid or you can park near our barn and have access to electricity and wifi.
We also offer Glamping Overnights in Gypsy, an adorable tiny camper with a double bed, sofa, 2 burner cooktop and everything you need to have a comfortable stay while still having a camping experience! Glamping stays are still largely off-grid with a "Luggable Loo" and an outdoor Joolca shower (upon request). Our large 5m Bell Tent offers plenty of room whether you just want to stretch out or if you're traveling with family or friends.

We have 30/50amp sites (shade and partial shade) around our lake, 20 amp in the "upper campground," and dry camping (full facilities) on the Arkansas River with Gold Medal fishing with access for all campers for fishing and floating. Many of our sites are great for star-gazing, watching meteors, looking for fireflies, and seeing the birds zip on by.
We are conveniently located on Hwy 50, in Bighorn Sheep Canyon, and have all sorts of rental options for your outdoor adventure needs. We have four entrances marked by sail flags into the campground, two by the lake, one near the bathhouse, and one by the post office (on our property). The map of the Arkansas River has our campground listed!
Adventure awaits with home to the highest mountain peaks in Colorado and the river and 102 miles of Trout Gold Medal Water. There is access to white water rafting, guided fishing, and fishing lessons. There are at least 5 hot springs within 60 miles of Twin Bridges Campground. Salida is considered the white-water rafting capitol of the US by some and has a whitewater park and surfing wave. Salida area is also home to a ton of hiking (14'ers anyone?) and mountain biking trails. The Royal Gorge is a quick 30 minute drive with restaurants and other fun near Canon City. The Sand Dunes are 90 minutes and Monarch Ski Area is 45, we have some of the best bird watching! Warbling Vireo, Western Wood-peewee, Cassin's Kingbird to name a few.

The Mountain Goat Lodge is set within 20 acres of rolling pastures at the foot of the famous Sawatch Mountain Range. Our resident goats roam the meadows, providing us with the milk, cheese, and yogurt for our tasty homecooked breakfasts and our cheese-making classes.
We are located in central Colorado in pristine wilderness, yet just 6 miles from the historic town of Salida. In addition to the tipis, we are a full service Bed and Breakfast lodge. We have campers and a vintage trailer available to rent.
The tipis have a full-sized bathhouse for use by our tipi guests. Guests need to provide their own toiletries and towels.

My family and I had an amazing time at Kodies land. The Rv location was great and we really enjoyed getting to see the animals and the common area allowed us to have more space to eat and drink coffee in the morning. Hosts were always accommodating and super friendly. Highly recommend!

Such a fantastic place! I will definitely be back. It was beautiful and so relaxing. The hosts have a great community set up and Mitch was awesome! He gave us a little history lesson on the area, which is really cool 😎. And bonus points for letting us feed and interact with the animals. Never knew I wanted a donkey until now! We were supposed to go take in some sites nearby, but decided to enjoy the camp site instead, so that says something about this place. We’ll be back for sure!

We got a last minute reservation on Kodie's property and it was an amazing stay! We really enjoyed the community area that had amazing unobstructed views of the mountain peaks. Kodie was gone when we arrived but the individual who was taking care of the property was incredibly personable and amazing. She literally made the trip amazing. Very close are a few beautiful state parks and we enjoyed walking Kodie's property. Our girls absolutely loved being able to spend time with the animals.
We brought a travel trailer, had electric hookup, and got water to fill our tanks at their property. The communal area had a grill, a propane fire pit, a large table for eating, and a few relaxing sitting arrangements (including a hammock). Pulling into the area was easy, plenty of spaces to turn around if necessary. The tent area is also nice and secluded.
We would highly recommend coming for a weekend.

We stayed two nights total, camping right by the river. The scenery was breathtaking, and the sound of the river at night was perfect for us. There was a ton of birds on the property that were nice to listen to in the mornings. The bathrooms were also nice (flush toilets and warm water showers).
