The campsites are both cozy enough for 2 or spacious enough for large groups and can easily accommodate a mix of RVs, camper vans and tents.
From June to October the 100+ area open meadow is filled with horses grazing and galloping about (please don't pet or feed!) A four-seasons destination, the Ranch has year-round experiences with warm summers and snowy winters. An excellent basecamp, within close proximity to the lake, ski slopes, Pinnacles, hiking/biking and off-roading trails.
After a day filled with adventure or ultimate relaxation, be sure to enjoy the breath-taking sunsets over the meadow.
The evenings blanket guests with a sea of stars. Toast up some s’mores and warm up some hot-coco over a beautiful, crackling campfire. Remember the s’mores and always follow the “Leave No Trace” principles. There are large trash bins by the entrance.

OHV’s are allowed. They count as one of the allowed vehicles per campsite and must adhere to the speed limit (10mph) and remain on established camp roads while on the property. They may not be driven from 8pm to 8am. It is strictly forbidden to ride your vehicles through the forest, meadow or off any established roads on or off property. Please research which of the surrounding forestry roads allow for your vehicle type to be driven on. Campsites on the west side of the meadow (F, G & H sites) are partially accessed by a forestry road that does not allow dirt bikes.
Horses: The horses which may be roaming the meadow during your stay are not property of Holcomb Valley Ranch. When horses are present, guests and their pets are prohibited from entering the meadow. Please do not approach, interact, feed or touch the horses. This is for your safety and the safety of the horses. Do, however, take lots of photos! They make a perfect backdrop:)

One day, we decided that we wanted to live the rest of our lives hosting live music, and events and that's how Rock & Tree began. As the idea grew, we wanted to create an Open Canvas so that the guest could dream up what they wanted on our stage. We moved to the Inland Empire from Santa Monica, in 2017 with the dream of building an open canvas event space out of sustainable, re purposed and natural materials. Our mission is help enrich the culture of Perris, CA by providing a unique venue that takes you away from the hustle and bustle and takes you to a wonderland of nature surrounded by rocks and eucalyptus trees.
Anson and I continue to build everything ourselves with the help of our friends and family every now and again. Our process is that we source as much lumber using the dead Eucalyptus trees we have here on the 36 acre property and we are constantly trying to come up with innovative ways to use recycled and donated materials in the venue. During the pandemic, we turned our venue into a campground so we could open up the venue to people who needed to get out into nature. We are now open for daily camping and private events. I loved camping here and they were amazing hosts!! We forgot coffee mugs and they brought us coffee mugs from their house. They have friendly dogs and chickens and all sorts of goods down by their house. The site is nothing to write home about, but large and spacious. The no fires rules makes a lot of sense given how dry it is here. The location is awesome, 15 minutes away from lake gregory which is great for trout fishing. (Pro tip use garlic power bait on a carolina rig) The site is about 30 minutes from arrowhead. 10/10 stay loved everything about it and can’t stress enough how kind the hosts were!! Would stay here again anytime.

The location was quiet and very pretty. Location was easy to get to and a smooth drive to Lake Arrowhead. Host was also very responsive :)

Awesome location and setting. Sitting at 3000 ft, you can enjoy the cool breeze without dealing with altitude issues, occasional snow. I would have love to stop by when fresh apples and figs were being sold. Close enough to civilization not needing high clearance vehicle but nestled in such a way that you feel you are far away from the rat race. Ill be back!

Our host, Jeanie, was very responsive to our last minute request to stay. We were grateful to have a safe, friendly place to park for the night. Our 24’ RV had level ground next to water and a little table and two chairs to use when the morning sun invited us over to soak up some ray.s. We felt at ease with the few others sharing the land. We would stop in again when traveling that direction.

Beautiful and rugged spot in Loma Linda. easy on and off the highway and great town. Nice little neighborhood. Needs a little bit of upkeep and the road is lots of bumps and potholes, but other than that it is as promised.

It's a very quiet and peaceful spot. I'm a female that ended up in a situation where I have to car camp. I felt very safe here. I ended up coming quite late and the host still answered the phone to make sure I got where I needed to be. I will definitely be going back.

Great location next to Rim of the World scenic drive to Big Bear Lake. Steep drive to get to camp not too far off the highway. We did fine with our 28ft trailer pulled by a passenger van. Appreciated being able to add on produce/honey from the farm. Would stay again!
