Has a full kitchen, refrigerator, stove and access to washer and dryer. En suite bathroom features a clawfoot tub. TV and DVD player, internet access. Cabin 1 Features a full size bed and a twin size bed. Perfect for parents with one or two children. Cabin 2 Features a queen size bed and small loft. (Very small, but we have had teens sleep up there because it was fun!) Both cabins have a small plug in heater, and a window AC for the hot hours. Wifi reception is limited. The cabins have a indoor/outdoor bathroom with a sink and toilet and a small kitchenette featuring coffee and tea setup, hotplate and mini fridge. You also have access to the outdoor picnic area under the fig tree which has a BBQ, picnic table and sink for rinsing dishes. There is no indoor shower, but we do have a rustic outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Tent space We have a small orchard in front of the Nopal Studio. There is room for two tent sites. No camp fires are allowed in the orchard. If it is winter time, we do have a fire ring in the fig tree picnic area, as well as a propane BBQ. The bathroom is shared with the cabins. We have farm animals and dogs which can be loud. The dogs chase squirrels and bark maniacally, and the ducks quack at sunrise, like, lots! There are also spiders, wasps, bees, rattlesnakes etc!! We have lived on the farm now for over 21 years. The back part of the property was a stop point for the stage line between Oroville and Bangor during the 1880, Then gold was discovered on the property. There were multiple Gold claims on this property. The Old rock pilings are still there to explore. It is a favorite spot for finding Jasper, some Agates and quartz. Campers are welcome year-round to this tent site on the old Gold Claim of our 20-acre family farm! Drive right up to this fun-filled, family-friendly campsite, easily accessible by cars and SUVs alike - though 4WD is helpful during the rainy season. This site features two seasonal streams that cross on the property, as well as bushes full of ripe blackberries - if you catch them at the right time, help yourself. You'll enjoy hearing the birds echoing through the trees and could easily see deer tip toeing through the woods. Dogs on leash only. We raise 4H and FFA show and market goats, llamas, and a donkey and a cow, all of whom are very friendly! You'll also see our chickens, ducks, peacocks, and guinea hens. Rock pilings are on the island between the two seasonal streams that cross our land. Gold panning, hiking and creek walking is available on the property. Campers are welcome to stargaze in the field, create scavenger hunts for the kids, or simply sit back and enjoy the tranquility. The streams dry up in late June and fill up in November when the rains start. Trank Family Farm is 30 minutes from Lake Oroville, 20 minutes from Oroville Wildlife Area and the Feather River - great for kayaking, swimming, and fishing! Be sure to check out the trails and seasonal waterfalls at Table Mountain, 35 minutes away. There are 2 Indian Casinos & Hotels in Oroville, as well as 2 golf ranges - and all with in 20 minutes of the camp site. The college town of Chico is about 30 minutes outside of Oroville. If you want to explore farther, Butte Mountain range and the city of Paradise, CA is 45 minutes away. We can't wait for you to come visit!

All cabins have access to coin operated hot showers. we are a bring your own bedding facility, All cabin guests need to bring their own linens and pillows as there is no linen service in the area. Cabins are booked for weekly stays Saturday to Saturday from mid June thru mid August. Nightly stays are available early season, late season or if we have openings two weeks out from arrival date during high season. Campsites Camping at it’s best! We offer 38 campsites plus 1 RV full hook-up (30amp) site, each with its own fire pit, table and water. The campsites are nestled in a beautiful natural setting of oaks and pines, and are spread out all around the grounds with many lakefront and lake view sites. There were multiple Gold claims on this property. The Old rock pilings are still there to explore. It is a favorite spot for finding Jasper, some Agates and quartz. Campers are welcome year-round to this tent site on the old Gold Claim of our 20-acre family farm! Drive right up to this fun-filled, family-friendly campsite, easily accessible by cars and SUVs alike - though 4WD is helpful during the rainy season. This site features two seasonal streams that cross on the property, as well as bushes full of ripe blackberries - if you catch them at the right time, help yourself. gorgeous spot and gorgeous tub. thank you andrea! it’s was extremely private and the tub leveled up our experience, now it will feel hard to go camping without one! :P if you’re going in the fall or winter, do NOT skip out on the heater add on. i figured since it was an insulated yurt we would be fine, but we were extremely cold when going to bed! luckily, the water was nice and hot all night in the tub, which was incredible. hope to come back here one day.

This was the perfect place to take a day or two and just relax. The tiny house had just enough kitchen that for a short stay you didn’t need to go out unless you wanted to. It was impressively efficient. I did bring a cooler because I like cold beverages, but the small fridge would be enough for the yogurts and cheese I brought with for my 2 night stay. I had a nice time playing with the kittens, Caspian the dog, (who dutifully slept on my porch) and exploring the property. The bed downstairs was very comfortable and it was nice falling asleep to the sounds of nature outside. 10/10 recommend!

We had a fantastic time at Andrea's place! It was a hot day, but the surrounding trees provided plenty of shade, keeping things cool and comfortable. We loved watching the stars at night and catching the sunrise in the morning. The absolute highlight was the relaxing hot soaking tub—it was perfect! Just a heads-up, as other guests have mentioned, there are mosquitos, so be sure to bring bug spray. Also, make sure you follow the directions Andrea provides; they are clear but essential for not getting lost. We highly recommend a four-wheel-drive vehicle for the trip.

We stayed at the Tiny House on our way home from a trip to the Portola area and the Feather River Canyon. The Tiny House, though tiny, has every thing you might need. Couch, desk, sink, stove, frig, bathroom, shower, heater/air conditioner and spacious loft bed. Everything functional and clean. Outdoor table and chairs outside with beautiful patio tree lighting available at night. We found a friendly dog under the front stairs in the morning and a wide variety of chickens to gaze at on the property. All good here.

A bath in the woods with a view? Who would have thought! Definitely the highlight of our yurt camping experience. Even my 19 year old son said it was his favorite part. I loved the vibe of the yurt. We usually rough it so I totally felt spoiled crawling in to my real bed at the end of the day. And my daughter said tea on the bench watching the sun rise over the mountains was her highlight. (The red yurt slept three adults easily, could have done 2 more if we wanted.)

I would not recommend booking with this particular place. Unfortunately, in an honest mistake I booked the day for a day earlier than the actual booking. When I reached out to the host to get support, not only was he rude and uncaring, he would not offer any kind of partial refund or credit for the appropriate day that we were actually supposed to have booked it.. I requested a booking change and partial refund. Then, when I rebooked it for a second time, And requested a refund for the original night he refused because he states that he had to pay for cleaning. Well that’s impossible because we were never there. Then he offered to give us three bottles of wine in exchange, not only do we not drink, but that is an insult to us. When I expressed my frustration kindly, and asked for some movement or help, he stated he would not and that he helped I understood. So then I said OK then just cancel the booking for tonight as well because we don’t want to stay somewhere where we are treated like this. He said we are welcome to cancel it, but he does not accept any refunds. Mind you it had been only about a 20 minute conversation, so now he has taken our money for two nights with absolutely no services given and no kindness in return. Listen, I understand that he could’ve had a booking for the original night and that he may have lost out on some money. But that is probably unlikely given that I booked it last minute. What I am looking for is just some compromise. None. Swindler!!

Really neat little ranch property with 3 cozy abodes to rent. The tiny cabin we stayed in was very clean and thoughtfully designed to maximize the space. It was very hot the weekend we visited so thankful for the AC unit which got our house down to comfortable within seconds! Our kids loved the chickens, sheep, and llama!. Downtown Chico is only 15-20 mins away and Oroville only 20-30, lots of options! Highly recommend!

I originally booked the airstream for a little getaway with my husband and our daughter, but he unfortunately became a bit ill and decided to stay home. At the last minute I decided to still go, taking our 17 month old daughter on our first Mother-Daughter glamping trip. It was the best decision ever! I asked If we could switch to the Tiny Home w/ a king bed and Carolyn and Julio happily obliged. The space was absolutely beautiful, immaculately clean and had everything we needed. They even welcomed us with farm fresh eggs and delicious homemade muffins! All of the cute and friendly animals on the property kept my daughter and I thoroughly entertained. We especially loved playing with all the kittens roaming around and we had a blast feeding the chickens. I loved chatting with Carolyn and Julio and getting to know them a bit. They are such kind and loving people who truly made my daughter and I feel right at home. I am already planning our next visit back!

I absolutely loved this spot! Me and my four girlfriends had a blast. I couldn’t believe the view just outside the Yurt. Had my morning coffee at that viewpoint each morning during my stay. There is also a short hike to a BEAUTIFUL meadow! The trail to this meadow begins just steps away from the yurt.

Great glamping experience. The ride up is a bit rough, but the reward is total seclusion. We were the only guests, and even if there had been others, they would have been out of sight. The yurt was great, and the soaking tub amazing. A very unique experience. I would recommend staying two nights in a row for a full day of calm and disconnect. We stayed one night, and it felt too short.

This place was easy to find and SO CUTE! I wanted a little getaway to just chill by sun trees, and this was a great spot for that. I really enjoyed working on a puzzle with a hot tea, and cozied up by the space heater. The only thing is I think you have to request that the fridge gets turned on before you stay, and I didn't think to. It was cool, though, because I already planned to eat out and I just kept my water in there. Lol! The shower also works great, and I really enjoyed the little salt lamp.

Cabin 1 Features a full size bed and a twin size bed. Perfect for parents with one or two children. Cabin 2 Features a queen size bed and small loft. (Very small, but we have had teens sleep up there because it was fun!) Both cabins have a small plug in heater, and a window AC for the hot hours. Wifi reception is limited. You also have access to the outdoor picnic area under the fig tree which has a BBQ, picnic table and sink for rinsing dishes. We have lived on the farm now for over 21 years. The back part of the property was a stop point for the stage line between Oroville and Bangor during the 1880, Then gold was discovered on the property. There were multiple Gold claims on this property. The Old rock pilings are still there to explore. It is a favorite spot for finding Jasper, some Agates and quartz. Campers are welcome year-round to this tent site on the old Gold Claim of our 20-acre family farm! Drive right up to this fun-filled, family-friendly campsite, easily accessible by cars and SUVs alike - though 4WD is helpful during the rainy season. This site features two seasonal streams that cross on the property, as well as bushes full of ripe blackberries - if you catch them at the right time, help yourself. You'll enjoy hearing the birds echoing through the trees and could easily see deer tip toeing through the woods. Dogs on leash only. We raise 4H and FFA show and market goats, llamas, and a donkey and a cow, all of whom are very friendly! You'll also see our chickens, ducks, peacocks, and guinea hens.
