Weekend Trip to Glamping @ Eden East

This place seemed magical--a throwback to the time when living areas in San Diego homes were half inside, half outside, with sound-quieting adobe walls, cool and shaded patios with brightly painted murals, exotic gardens with overhanging plants, and sometimes pools, saunas and showers. And warm hospitality. This place has them all.

1 night at Cozy 5th Wheel W/ Hot Tub

LaVonne has really set up the RV with everything you might need for a glamping situation. While its not remote by any means soaking in the hot tub with the views was restful and the lazy boys made it easy to practice silence and solitude. While the bed itself is a classic coil RV mattress I had such a restful and private stay. The horse & cow were welcomed friends as I walked around the property.

Weekend Trip to Robin's Nest

Our family absolutely loved the Robin's Nest! A safe and beautiful property for our kids to roam, and the Airstream was perfect in every way! My family and I kept commenting "they thought of everything!" From small touches like complimentary snacks, to clean and tidy spaces with all the appliances, kitchen items, and signage needed, the Airstream was an excellent experience. We also did the Farm Tour add-on with our kids, which was totally worth it - they loved it! They especially loved the tortoises, alpacas, and Bandit the farm cat! Kimber was a fantastic host, with spot-on communication and service. We would absolutely stay here again if we're in the area. Highly recommend!

Weekend Trip to Luxury Tiny Home Nature Retreat

This is one of those gem locations that's so good, you don't want to review about and give away. Amazing view atop a hill, with lots of privacy and quiet cozy vibes. The home had all the amenities you'd need for a cozy getaway for two.

2 nights at Birdsong Backcountry Retreat

We had such a nice time at the Bluebird Tiny House at Birdsong Backcountry Retreat. The property was very private and quiet and had lots of space for our dogs to roam the fenced yard. The converted horse trailer was so cute and cozy and had everything we needed to disconnect from our busy lives and just relax. The outdoor space was very peaceful with lots of comfortable areas to sit and read and a hot tub and gas firepit to keep us warm in the evenings. We look forward to visiting again!

Weekend Trip to Cozy 5th Wheel W/ Hot Tub

LaVonne was great, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There were a few hiccups during the stay but seeing as LaVonne is new to hosting people we chalked these up to growing pains. The trailer, we rebranded it "rustic cabin" haha, was very spacious and cozy. It had a full kitchen, bathroom, shower, twin sink, large bed, and nice living room. The mattress was a little thin but we slept fine on it. The area around the trailer is private and fenced off. The stay has access to a private hot tub that was a great way to spend the cold nights at. During our stay the first night in the trailer we ran out of propane and the heater stopped working. I texted LaVonne at some ungodly hour in the morning and she quickly sprung into action and brought us blankets and had someone replace the tanks. While this was inconvienent it was overshadowed by LaVonne's attentiveness and kindness. Seeing as we were the 4th group of guests at the trailer we believe this was merely because she is new to hosting. LaVonne is a fantastic host and i whole heatedly recommend this stay to anyone looking for a little get away. Areas for improvement would be checking the propane tanks before a guest checks in, putting extra blankets in the trailer as well as an extra pillow for anyone sleeping on the couch. Outside of that the trailer was fairly clean and we enjoyed ourselves. We would absolutely stay here again. pro tip: check out Coridano's winery, and the safari zoo.

This is such a perfect comfy place to stay while in the area or if you just want a cute staycation getaway. The RV was perfect for me, my partner and our dog! There is so much room inside and outside with lots of privacy. Everything was so clean and comfortable! La Vonne is so sweet and willing to do anything to make your experience even better! 10/10 recommend! ☺️

Robin's Nest is a 5-acre rescue ranch for creatures, large & small. Currently, we're home to 2 chihuahuas, 2 Australian Cattle Dogs (Lily, Alberto, Julio - aka Formerly known as The Three Chimigos and Oakley & Eddie the blue heelers), 4 pot belly pigs (Michael, Falkor, Meg, & Ayla - aka The Three Little Pigs +1), a mini horse (Phinneas), a mini donkey (Donkey), and a Buckskin Quarter Horse (Tivio), two lambs (Dolly & Reba), and 4 alpacas (Fern, Woodrow, Gandalf, & Gus). We have a lot of flat, usable space, but we also have some impressive boulders, hidden nooks and crannies to explore, and beautiful, mature trees. It's our little slice of heaven! Learn more about this land: Join the royal court and stay in our 1975 Airstream Sovereign Land Yacht! Immerse yourself in a budding rescue ranch with pot belly pigs, mini horse, and mini donkey, or take a romp on our 5 acres with lots of hidden gems to discover, or explore the many hiking trails nearby (Mt. Woodson, Potato Chip Rock, Iron Mountain). You also have access to a relaxing hot tub/jacuzzi & brand new 300sf deck. The Airstream has one King bed with a super comfy mattress and the dinette turns in to an additional King sleeping space. If you want a true immersive, farm experience, ask about our add-on experiences including grooming the animals, helping at feed time, and cleaning their pens! There's plenty of great space to ride your bikes, and it's proven to be a hit with the kiddos! The Airstream is new to the ranch and is a work in progress, but you'll love the charm of hanging out in a very cool vintage trailer. We'll soon be adding some layers of paint, shine, and lots of love, so make sure to follow our progress in fixing the ole girl up! Our location is also unique because we are fully fenced in and have a separate turn out space for your horses (check add-ons for camping with your horse). We also have a small 1954 Camper ("Lucy") that can act as a second bedroom for more sleeping space (check for add-on). **WHEELCHAIR ACCESS: We can provide a ramp for the Airstream for accessibility, though please be aware the camper is small, likely not wide enough for a standard wheelchair, and the bathroom is also small and doesn't meet ADA standards. This vintage horse trailer was reimagined into a Tiny house by Lane and Laurie as a couples project in 2018 which they completely gutted and remodeled using beautiful natural materials , old fashioned wood cabinetry, handmade ceramic tiles and woven bamboo with fully equipped kitchen, quality linens, fireplace, AC, WIFI, smart TV. Bluebird Tiny House is tucked into a secluded forest meadow, named for the bluebirds that spend part of the year there and is a spacious feeling 320 sq ft. The spa-inspired bathroom features a hand-carved, wood vessel sink, eco-dual flush toilet,rain shower, and free-standing soaking tub with oak canopy view. The 40’ long deck spans the length of the secluded tiny house overlooking the forest to distant mountains and has alfresco dining area and plenty of furniture for cozying as well as hot tub sited for star gazing and firepit seating all within a large fenced yard to keep your fur babies close by. In addition, we have developed 2 forest therapy trails that will bring your ability to slow down and connect to nature to a whole new level and encourage you to try it using our MP3 forest therapy audio guide.. If you need to accommodate a larger group, check out Pinky's Nature Hideout which has a full kitchen, spacious living room, fenced yard for pets, corn hole, large deck and hot tub sited for star gazing, and firepit seating which overlooks the forest to distant mountains. It sleeps 4 people but the "Lounge" vintage Spartan trailer which is located behind the bunkhouse can be rented to sleep an additional 2 people and is only available to Pinky's guests. We provide guests the opportunity to really get away from it all in a untouched forest and chaparral setting with all the amenities one needs for a comfortable stay. In addition, we have developed 2 forest therapy trails that will bring your ability to slow down and connect to nature to a whole new level and encourage you to try it using our MP3 audio guide. Come getaway alone, with friends or family to our sweet little petfriendly glampsite CAMP CHESTER hidden under the oaks which features a vintage 1949 Canned Ham Tiny Trailer (sleeps 2 in a double and one on couch) , a 10 x 12 safari tent on deck w/queen bed, an outdoor kitchen with dining area and barista bar, bath house with hot water, rain-shower, claw-foot tub , compost toilet looking out to acres of sage and distant mountains and firepit. The owners are artisan builders and seasoned hosts who promise guests privacy and quiet. The camp is totally fenced for the safety of your pets and suitable for up to 6 people but sleeps up to 5 additional person(s) can bring tent. .
