This 1968 Shasta Camper, located in a small garden within an urban neighborhood, sleeps up to four people, with additional space to set up tents if desired. It has a few amenities—some more rustic than others—including AC, refrigerator and freezer, stovetop (oven does not work), sinks, shower, internet, and coffee maker. Located just ten minutes from the Port of Long Beach and the Port of San Pedro, it’s a great launch point for cruise-goers. With swimming beaches only twenty minutes away, it’s an ideal option for a low-cost vacation. Help yourself to the freshest fruits, vegetables, and legumes from the garden, and watch the bees, butterflies, and grasshoppers happily pollinate, creating opportunities for new growth. The property is securely locked, and the entrance is video-monitored for your safety (and ours). Lena’s camper was comfy, clean, and well located for my stay in Long Beach! The host was kind and communicative, and I really enjoyed my stay! It’s a little more camping than hotel room, but you can’t beat the value for the location. I will definitely be back!

Loren’s property was amazing! It was the perfect spot right outside the city to break in my new camper. He was very helpful when I needed help with understanding my power needs. He’s got a bunch of cool props hanging around the property which were also pretty cool. There’s a great French restaurant down the street that’s perfect for a nice dinner and glass of wine. Definitely recommend!

3 nights at Beautiful Lake House In The Mountains

This cabin is great! Clean, cozy, and comfortable. Just minutes from Gregory Lake which has great hiking, fishing, and an inflatable water park. We were able to watch birds, deer, and squirrels from the patio. The host was responsive and really nice. Check in/out was easy and the cabin info was clear and well organized. It was our first time in Crestline and we loved the small town vibe. Same beautiful setting as Arrowhead, but the people were really nice and the drive was much shorter.

Weekend Trip to Malibu Creek Orchard Retreat

A hidden-away gem. What a fun campsite! The vintage Airstresm trailer is in amazing shape. Decorated and arranged beautifully. Fabian put everything together so nicely. A bowl of fresh rosemary and lemons from their orchard on the table when we arrived. Coffee and cream packs in the fridge. Firewood and kindling and cooking utensils for the BBQ. Lovely little touches everywhere. Thr amenities are amazing. Full power in the trailer and a bathroom with instant hot water. A smart space heater for the chilly evenings and Alexa to play music and turn on the outside string and accent lights made for a really great nighttime camp experience. There is a hiking loop that is private to the site and takes you up into the hills with a bench at the top to watch the sunset it was gorgeous! Overall we can't wait to go back. There is a cabin you can also rent for larger groups they are renovating currently, when they is done, a larger group of friends would make this an incredible site for a getaway weekend. Highly recommend!

Surprisingly close to the city but felt like you are deep in the country. Quiet. Peaceful. Convenient. Hosts were great. Lots of cool movie set stuff makes you feel like you are spending the night in a small western town but with the modern conveniences and other modern quirky movie items. This place has character!

This place is great if you want a solitude getaway where you can enjoy the sunny beautiful day and star filled skies at night. Desert Castle is very rustic, you have to bring your own water, power and bathroom. The small house structure allows you to enjoy a nice indoor fireplace at night.
