Our property happens to be 1.5 miles from the famous Baghdad Cafe which makes a quick visit to the Cafe incredibly convenient. To celebrate our Pistachios, come join us the first Saturday of every November for our Pistachio Festival which boasts lots of vendors, food, and fun! Speaking of festivals, if you like large firework shows in the sky, then you'll want to be sure to book a spot here every July 3rd for our big 3rd of July Festival which again, is home to lots of vendors, food, fun and an amazing firework display which we happen to have front row seats to. You won't have to worry about parking if you're already here! Do you love celestial events? If so, you'll want to book a site here between July 17th and August 24th for the 2025 year, to witness the Perseids Meteor Shower. It rained during the day so there was a huge puddle leading to their side gate, and we slid getting in through the gate on the mud. I’m sure on a drier day though, it is much easier to get in. They met us at the road, and were super helpful and accommodating. Happy we were able to use our generator :)

We arrived late but they were more than welcoming! Waited at the gate for us to arrive and even gave us some souvenirs to take home introduced our daughter to their pigs! Jacob made sure we felt safe and comfortable and just over all a really good night!

We absolutely loved it here! We were in town for work and stayed with Jacob and his family for 2 months! We couldnt have asked for better hosts. They were extremely nice and very accommodating for our work trailer too! Great for long stays and explorations! We got the chance to go rock hunting and cut open some very cool rocks! Our dog loved how open the property was and the friends across the street. Would recommend Jacob and Jeanettes little paradise to anyone, long stay or short! This was my first experience with a HipCamp campground so I was a little apprehensive of what it would be like. From the moment we arrived we felt welcome. We have traveled and camped for many years and never have been treated as well as we were by Jacob and Jeanette. From giving us ice from there home to providing us we anything we needed this was a first class camping experience. I would go back just to visit with them again. The area was nice too. The high desert next to our camp spot was very nice and my wife saw her first roadrunner while walking there, a bucket list achievement.

Such a great place with the best hosts! Had absolutely no issues getting in and set up. Jacob & Jeanette left a pile of firewood for me and offered up ice or anything else I needed. After getting trapped in Afton Canyon for a very long day (but making it back after nightfall) both hosts checked in on me that night and in the morning. It was so nice knowing I had some people caring about my wellbeing and knowing where I was on my solo travel incase anything went sideways. Also, Jacob met me with a thunder egg he cut open for me and rockhounded himself right behind their property! Nothing makes me happier than a dog or a cool rock 🤘🏽 love this place and definitely need to come back as there is so much to explore in the area

A great place to camp, and Kim was so courteous. The directions provided were easy to follow, we didn’t have an issue finding the campsite. The land is very nice, and the views are beautiful. I highly recommend and would stay here again!

Beautiful seclusion! The sunset colors were amazing and the faux living room vibes were comforting and made for the most epic dinner table views. Kim was super fast to respond and helpful! Google doc was v helpful in finding our site, download before arrival, cell service is spotty as Kim said!
