The previous reviews stating this place was a scam made me skeptical. I'm glad I went with my gut and went anyways. Kyles space is great! Its fun and rustic. He is very welcoming and a great guy. I did not stay in a yurt, but I saw them and they looked cool. The out house was probably the cleanest out house i have ever used.
Tip - if youre interested in dirt biking, you have to ask kyle for a link to sign up and reserve a bike or ATV in advance.
Also - turns out the place is close to MTN High ski resort. Wish we had known because we would have brought our gear.
Definitely recommend this place for a weekend camping trip or even a stop over if youre on the road and need somewhere to sleep.

Had a wonderful stay, besides the wind it's was amazing! Definitely going back soon! The host was helpful and responsive. It was my first time camping in the desert and my boyfriend's first time camping ever and we both had a wonderful experience here.

This was such an awesome experience! Kyle is super welcoming and the property has such a cool space to explore, relax, play and just have a great time overall! I will definitely be coming back to hopefully help with some of the projects and do some more stargazing!

This hipcamp experience was what I call ‘travel magic’. I arrived in the dark and was soon greeted by the sweetest dog ever. The location was exactly what I wanted; complete peace in the middle of the desert. The host greeted me like we were lifelong friends and took me for a tour of his property. In the morning a different but equally sweet dog came to check in on me after I woke up. My only regret is that I could not stay longer to go offroading but will be back again. By all means come out and support these great people.

Kyle’s land was unique, to us it was a special gem!
Absolutely beautiful sites with lots of furry friends 🥰
we could have campfires which was a huge perk for us so we didn’t have to go out all the time! If you love to stargaze or even love AtVs rides this is the perfect spot . They have a really good deal for renting/tours!
They even have outside bathrooms (outhouse style), and showers!

Land access simple; even though I got stuck, management kindly change that by getting me unstuck. Much appreciated!
After getting unstuck I was able to settle in for an enjoyable kickback with a night of stargazing.
Definitely a place to check out so you can check back in..., and; as a bonus, they have ATV & dirt bike rental.
The trails, stargazing, people and visiting dogs are a welcomed experience.
