Hike to your heart content, mountain bike, the easy lower paths or go up into the mountains and enjoy the technical trails of the Boo Hoff. When you’re done playing in the dirt, clean up and drive a half a mile to old town La Quinta and enjoy the romantic zone with quaint boutiques, specialty local restaurants, and outdoor music. Old Town is also accessible by the paved Bear Creek Trail that winds along the hills and starts literally outside your private gate. This property has flat concrete to accommodate up to a 45 foot rig and separate parking for a vehicle all within the walls. There is a Traeger smoker, wood fire pizza oven, open wood fire pit, gas fire pit, patio heaters, concrete picnic bench with umbrella, two hammocks, six mesh chairs and 270 degree views.
