BigFoot Lodging campground is a beautiful little hidden gem. With healthy tall pinetrees there is shade and beauty at each site. Sites are wide with plenty of room for a tent if someone in your crew doesn't want to sleep in the RV (our daughter!). Picnic table at each site. Fire pits, although there are no grates over the fire pits in case you wanted to cook that way. GORGEOUS little waterfall 5 min walk from the camping sites. Helpful hosts. Small store with all those little things you forgot. Firewood available for $10 per bundle, cheaper than the convenience store or the dollar store in Shingletown. It's just a really pretty little campground that we will definitely be returning to!

VERY helpful and accommodating. Kept the office open late for our arrival and spent time directing us in the dark and giving us loads of information in the morning about RVs. Their espresso was delicious and they had several milk choices to make our morning travels tasty. THANK YOU! Would highly recommend.

Very nice campground. Clean bathrooms. Only downside has only 2 showers. Nice short hike to a waterfalls. Other than the shower situation which leads to long lines, it was an awesome experience. We did tent camping

Friendly host with helpful kids! The site was well-kept, quiet, and had nice amenities like a camp store and large bathroom/shower combos. Only 20 minutes to Lassen Volcanic National Park made it the perfect base for us!

Weekend Trip to Lassen Glampsite (No Electricity)
This spot is among pine trees not far from the road near forest service trails and logging roads and only 15 minutes from Lassen Volcanic National Park, which is amazing. The garage/living room/kitchen has one screened wall (the open garage door) that gives a sense of being outside with the comforts of home. Ice sold nearby for your cooler, and Linda has left solar lanterns for light (bring your headlamps, too) and a solar water bag for a warm shower. Well equipped kitchen (bring you own olive oil). We enjoyed our stay. My husband saw a fox passing by at dusk!

We absolutely loved this campsite! It was beautiful and clean and had a ton of amenities. I appreciated how many different sleeping/camping accommodations it offered, from basic campsites, to yurts and cabins. The location was also very convenient to Lassen National Park which was a big plus for us!

3 nights at Lassen Glampsite (No Electricity)
So nice to have a bed and shower at the end of the day even if it’s cold a shower. Place was much bigger than expected, very clean and the bed super comfortable.

We visited 9-11 May 2025. Living Springs is located a little off the highway and is just far enough you don’t hear road noise. Lots of trees and shade. It’s a little older but seemed in good repair. It was quiet this early in the season and we enjoyed the quiet. We had a full hookup and no issue with any of the hookups. Recommend arriving in the daylight as some of the parking can be tight. (We have an 29ft trailer). Its location is 20-30 minutes from the West gate of Lassen NP. As it was May, the Park road was still closed a few miles in.
