Small lake in rear, fishing is allowed. You will see deer, bunny rabbits, turtles ect. Its in a cul-de-sac and only 1 very quiet neighbor. Feels like the country but Walmart and a laundry mat are only 5 minutes away. 30 and 50 amp plugs available for 1 rv, sewer, water and wifi all included. The rv/camping spot is $45 a night. 😀 If you are dry camping or in a vehicle no bathrooms are provided. Must take pic of electrical hook up & sewer before and after. My spouse, friend, pups, and I had a phenomenal time camping on Debbie’s property. The grounds were meticulously maintained and the facilities were clean (bonus points for the AC in the facilities building.
The campsite itself was perfectly flat and well shaded, overlooking a beautiful pond. Our group enjoyed walking the property and relaxing on the swings at dusk, surrounded by fireflies.
We opted for the pancake breakfast and got the opportunity to get to know Debbie. It was a wonderful experience. 10/10 would camp here again.
